I recently visited Tacocraft, drawn in by the promise of $8 house margaritas on a Tuesday evening. This enticing offer, as presented by our waiter, who encouraged us to select from the full margarita menu, led our group to confidently order seven drinks among us.Once the bill was received, however, we discovered that it did not reflect the promised price. The explanation provided was that the offer applied only to "classic" margaritas, a distinction that was neither advertised nor mentioned on the menu. This felt like a clear case of bait-and-switch (intentional misrepresentation).Attempting to resolve this misunderstanding, we engaged with the manager, only to be met with resistance rather than rectification. This experience has left a sour taste and I would be extremely wary of visiting.

Terrific tacos and the best horchata I've had in ages. Also delicious homemade flan. Great service, too. I have a food allergy and they were helpful and knowledgeable. My kids loved their food, too, so it was a perfect place to go for dinner after the San Diego Wild Animal Park (just 6 miles away). Highly recommend!

Amazing tacos, great service and plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. They have a couple of kombucha options which are nice as well. Ps they always play great music
I sometimes ask a question when I go to a place for the first time that I am fairly confident may also be the last time (life is short and repeating vacation itineraries is unlikely for us). I say "Hi, this is my first time, and I don't know whether I'll ever get to come back here--at least anytime soon--what do you think I'd regret not getting if I only had one shot to get this place right?"This place had delicious answers to this question. Their Surf and Turf taco was AMAZING.
I will be thinking about the el pescado taco for the rest of my life. Seemed like a great place to have as your neighborhood hang out.Vegetarian options: Very tasty vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Was perfectly fine for my toddlers. They loved the food

The service was good but the food was lacking in flavor and depth. The shrimp and lobster tacos had way too much going on and the taste of the seafood was lost in it, and the carnitas was much too sweet and they were all cold. The red salsa was good. The flan was alright but not great. Definitely could improve in quality of food and restaurant aesthetic.
