Still the in-disputed best in the west location for all decadent concoctions. Only request is to refresh the menu a bit more. Some menu items are getting a bit tired of an act. Would love a strawberry peanut parfait (just saying ;)

Currently waiting for somebody to show up. It's been like 20 minutes, nobody's shown up - they open at 12:00pm, it's currently 12:35pm on 12/29/2020. Hope that the store manager sees this and fires whoever is working this shift (I would get a name, but nobody's here). There are plenty of people in this country who would love to work, maybe hire one of them instead of some lazy a** who's "working" here now. This place should just be closed down, because the store manager clearly doesn't care - or they'd hire somebody who gives a sh*t. Update: Somebody showed up right as I was about to leave. Receipt says Zeeshan N. took my order. He wasn't very apologetic when he got there, just said a quick "sorry" after being 45 minutes late. Not to mention he forgot to add the chocolate syrup to my blizzard. Lazy lazy lazy... surprised he hasn't quit given how little he cares about his job.

We waited in line almost 20min before closing and during that time no one came out at all. There was a line of at least 4 people besides us. The employee working the closing shift on December 23 hid in the back the last 20 minutes of her shift. Then came out and told us that they were closed. This employee could have helped the people in line instead of hiding in the back. Very disappointed in this location.

The two ladies working today 11/29/20 should be trained on how to work more efficiently. One would take an order, then they would make it together. This left us in line for a very long time. Also, the bigger girl wiped the counter between orders with the same rag and then she would wipe the chunks from the rag on the rim of the GIANT trash can. When done getting those pesky chunks off the rag, she threw the rag back onto the counter to be used after taking the next order and making that order, then reuse the same rag in the same way... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Meanwhile, leaving us in line to wait forever and watch them move slowly, talk about non work related activities leaving us to become more and more horrified. Actually, maybe these two should be replaced by people who would represent your company in a better way.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. As I was in line I noticed one of the employees, Emily, was arguing with a customer in line (if you can even call it an argument). He kindly asked her if she could pull up her mask as it was on her chin (??) I mean really what's the point of a mask if you're not going to use it? She responded with attitude and told him to wait "over there" for his drink. As I got closer to take my order I noticed that none of the employees (Emily and another girl) were wearing gloves?? They're handling people's food/ drinks and can't even put on gloves?? The other girl made a blizzard after touching the register and dealing with money? Emily proceeded to make my drink with still, no gloves no mask while conversing with the other employee. She was speaking into my drink with no mask on. I gladly threw it away as I was highly grossed out. So Orange Julius I ask, please be more courteous of others. Have your employees wear gloves and masks all the way up to their nose. Hire people who won't talk back to elderly old people. It is unfortunate I can't give a 0/5 review on here. Know that I would if I could :) Hope you have a nice day.
