I ordered online from this store, but they failed to put all the toppings on and did not deliver the sprite included on the order. I tried to call them to get it, but they don’t answer. There was not even an answering machine.

The last 2 orders were marked as delivered but were not delivered - their drivers are lying. They refuse to answer their phone. When I told them I didn’t receive, they laughed, offered a refund and never gave it.

Even with tip, the order was delivered late, an hour beyond original estimated delivery period. All my guests left because they couldn't wait for the pizza to arrive. At least the pizza was hot when finally delivered. This is the third time this Domino's location had let me down. Either I give up on the chain, or this location - something tells me I may be let down again.

We went in there (husband and I) and nobody even greeted us. Everyone looked very serious and bothered. Pizza was ready before we got there and it wasn’t even kept warm, so by the time we got home, pizza was cold just like the workers.

I was following my order online with their tracker it said it was delivered and I was stressed and called them like 9x no answer then my food out of nowhere for left at my door a hour later like come on just be honest in the first place if your running late and atleast pick up the phone to let me know never again will I be ordering from Domino’s Pizza from Escondido just a warning for you guys.

Always have issues with this store no matter what I do, I can carry out or order delivery. It doesn’t matter. There’s always something wrong. Either they don’t do enough toppings or they burn my food. I just never thought I’d wait 2 hour for a delivery until they closed the store and I couldn’t even call them anymore to get my food. They always find a way to screw it up and when I call to complain about them smashing my pizza or say something about waiting 30 minutes for a carry out order I placed online they act like I’m some sort of a pretentious jerk. I worked at a pizza place for a long time too, I never gave anyone an attitude over our screw up and simply made it right. I don’t think I’ll be grabbing anything from here anymore and that sucks because they are the designated dominos for my area. Terrible service. Wish y’all would’ve just brought me my food. Thanks for nothing! I better get a full refund.
Called to order pizza... called 45 mins later, system said out for delivery. Called 90 mins later live person said driver just took my order to deliver it.. now going on 2hrs 15 mins and no pizza... can't get update person puts you on hold and doesnt give time for response.. So you sit in silence forever.... They lie and telll you pizza is on the way and its not... Never seen such bad service like this... Still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting..
