It's a small shop in the industrial sector of Escondido. Not that easy to find, but worth finding it. But it's really not that hard either. It's privately owned by Eric who was the sole worker there. Eric was very nice and welcoming. I got the sandwich and salad combo special. I got the ultimate torpedo sandwich that was soooo good. Soooo much meat (that's what she said) for only half a sandwich. And you get a full sized salad too for only $10! He makes everything right there in front of you. Everything is delicious and uses fresh, yummy ingredients. So please, go here! This is the type of small businesses we want to support. Did I mention it's delicious?!

First started coming to this shop, I got great food and service. Lately there have been issues with opening and closing. Not opening on time and today I got there 35 minutes before closing and they were all locked up. Employees out front smoking and joking with everything shut down. What gives? While I was typing this another customer tried to enter asked what was wrong?

Perhaps my claim of Best Italian Sub was premature. I came here again and it was nowhere near as good as the first time. The bread was a bit stale and dry, without enough Italian dressing and mayo to help. We asked for no onions yet we both received them. My son asked for no tomatoes but he got those too. Service was friendly but the sandwich was mediocre.

I've come here twice now for delicious lunches! Both times I've gotten the turkey sandwich, and last time we got a chicken BLT style sandwich as well. The staff here is fast, personable, and make a mean sandwich. The sandwiches are very filling for lunch and plenty of food. They have a great location that's easy to access for local businesses and a big parking lot. Definitely coming back!

Honestly. Super dope food. I didn’t expect much looking at it from outside, but inside is such a vibe. Friendly staff! I got the deluxe italian. Soooo fire. Highly reccomend. Spent 15 on sandwich chips and drink.
My new favorite sandwich shop when I'm in Escondido! Get the Stack! It is perfect. Great roll that is not too hard or too soft, tons of high quality deli meat (roast beef, ham, and salami - oh my!!), provolone cheese, pepperoncinis, and the works (lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo). Can't speak on customer service, ambiance, parking, etc. as I've been lucky enough that it's always been picked up for me by work colleagues but just on the sandwiches alone, I give this place an A+!

New to Eric's Sandwich Shop and I was not disappointed. The staff was on point, facility was clean. The food was phenomenal, large portions and tasted great. The icing on the cake was the chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely recommend Eric's Sandwich Shop and I will be going there for lunch again.
