I used to give this place 5 stars but they have stopped making their bases fresh to order. It's now pre-made and the açaí is overly sweet and scooped out like ice cream. We won't go back until they start making the bases with fresh ingredients in the blenders once we order them. I really miss the old version of Everbowl.

Today's date 6/18/23Been to this location three times in the last 6 months. My gripe isn't about the product but the customer service. These kids working there act like they are doing you a favor. One young guy in particular with his black shaggy hair...hoping not of that gets in my order. No hello, no smile, not even a grin. And I guess I interrupted their conversation? Well, I will take a stab at the company. $2.00 extra for a smattering of strawberries? I feel like I'm being punished, haha. Hey regional manager (if you have one) put these kids in check!

We have been avid Everbowl consumers visiting on daily basis from PQ to Scripps Ranch, this Escondido has been beyond the worst experience ever. My teenage daughter has grown to have certain expectations because we have frequented so many of them. The young Reddish brown woman who worked there questioned every request which has never ever been a problem anywhere else. She was so rude and kept saying I am not suppose to do this, so we asked her to get her manager. She started to argue and raise her voice as if we would just leave. We reiterated we are paying customers and she wasn't doing anything extraordinary. The manager was called and we explained the situation. She quickly apologized and said this was not suppose to happen etc. The young girl was shaking and after that completed our orders. The manager then showed up from the back and we were sitting down and the Manger came over rude with a different attitude then over the phone and asked us to leave the premises. We didn't understand until we looked and seen the young girl with a shrewd look on her face. The manager said her employee didn't feel safe... what?!? She was so vindictive, and the manager said her employee was in tears... why because she had to do her job???? Never again and never will be going back there.
Open until 6pm, employee Felix says we’re closed 15 minutes prior to 6pm to a family of 7. Mother and son walk in minutes before closing and are served. Felix tells me I was rude, must have been the way I was walking ???♂️

I understand that they have made adjustments to their menu due to COVID-19, but Everbowl has taken it too far, I'm sorry. I used to LOVE Everbowl and frequented the location by my college. They had one size bowl, and a menu of local favorites as well as an option to do a "whatever" bowl, all for $8! Now I understand raising prices, but the eqivalent bowl you get now is $15. Not to mention their quality has gone down, all of their bases are premade and you cannot make modifications to them. Very disappointing.
