The food was very delightful. The service and how loud it was, wasn't the best. It wasn't the worst service. Just things were forgotten and servers didn't alert people when they were arriving (as they walk up behind, right before getting up). They almost got my daughter twice, with her back to them.

The food is usually standard American food, but what really disappoints me is the need to place an online order then, when you arrive, you asked for your order, and the guy barely turns in your order for them to start making it.. I didn’t proceed to pay early online just to be seated in the lobby for another additional 15 minutes when arriving.. I had a return to the restaurant after looking like a fool, and only having one dish for my family after that return to the restaurant, the gentleman upfront was able to take care of it in inappropriate manner, but whoever packed in the front needs to be more well aware of what orders are being sent out

I like the food and good price. But when you arrive at the place there is no one to serve you even seeing that there are almost no people, you have to wait 15 minutes to go to the table and after ordering more than 25 minutes to be served.They have to improve the service because then you don't want to eat there.

This is not the IHOP that I remember from my childhood. Empty tables everywhere and yet a 15 minute wait to be seated by the entry corner, where the wait staff kept forgetting about us. The food quality was poor, we send one dish of chicken wings back bc the meat was clearly spoiled then when the burger arrived, we could only stomach a couple of bites. Definitely a food quality issue and not the fault of the chef. I’ll come back just for the nostalgia after some guarantees can be made.

We arrived at the restaurant and no one served us, after waiting to be seated at a table with my family, we took longer to be served at the table, they only have one person as a waitress, poor waitress was doing her best to serve us. to all their tables, but it was too much

Came in as a Dasher and the manager and had me wait an additional 10 minutes to pick up the order. I asked her 3 times on an eta and after the third time she finally let me know they made the wrong food. Place was dirty and nobody seems to care about customer service.

The manager here Naomi is wonderful she helped me when I placed an order at the wrong location here in Escondido. But the other Escondido location did not. all they did was hang up on

Bad service on Tuesday afternoon we waited more than 20 minutes to get our order taken we were just completely ignored the lady working there was literally the slowest person I seen working having a whole conversation with a table while we wait, so we left.please hire better employees or trained them on customer service
