Hello!So I went with my family for breakfast. The service took a bit to long. I asked for pancakes and the lady who took our order said 3 or 5 pancakes. And when the food got here I got 4. Do you guys not know how to count? She didn't come to the table and asked if we needed anything, or if we wanted a refill. We we paid it was 94.40 and she kept 62 cent and then still I had to leave a tip. I wouldn't brother to give $20 tip to the person but the service I received wasn't worth the wait.

Great breakfast experience! I hadn't been to IHOP in a very long time. I'm glad I took mom there. I ordered the Rooty Tooty Combo where you can create your own. I had a choice of "2 Buttermilk Pancakes, Golden Brown Belgian Waffle, 1 Slice of Thick 'N Fluffy French Toast or 2 thin, delicate French-style crepes." I chose the Thick 'N Fluffy French Toast. In addition to that, you get to choose your favorite fruit topping. The choices were Blueberries, Apple Cinnamon and Strawberries. I opted for the Strawberries. It was delicious! But wait, there's more...you also get two eggs made to order and either two pieces of bacon or two pieces of sausage links. I opted for the 2 eggs overeasy as well as 2 pieces of bacon. That with the French Toast and Strawberries was a great combo! All that delicious breakfast for only $11. Mom ordered the 2 Buttermilk Pancakes and Cinnamon Apple with two scrambled eggs and sausage links. She was very satisfied. Her breakfast only cost around $7! We will definitely be eating at IHOP again. 5 Stars!!!

I'm homeless at the moment and I asked for something to eat and Alisa automatically said she would pay for it. The kids we raised are great!! I use to work at the one in Pacific Beach ⛱️. They have the best waffles !!Kid-friendliness: Cute kid stuff. Crayons and good kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get up ramp
Their phone service is terrible. You place an order over the phone and they tell you will be ready in 30 minutes and when I get there they can’t even find my order all my receipt and I had to wait another 40 minutes until the food was ready so I didn’t even know why they take orders over the phone when they cannot control them or lose The order it was terrible experience at this location

A little disappointed. It's been a while since I visited IHOP and I guess like everyone else prices have gone up quite a bit. I'm a regular the other popular breakfast. I'm sure no one has ever changed their prices due to a review but for my dollars I think I'll be going back to the other place with the Grand Slams.

Kimber deserves the world! She was the greatest and made the experience that much better. She's taking care of the whole restaurant by herself and is still able to keep up with all of the customers while still delivering top notch service. The food was delicious! Great presentation and the food came out fast. Everything tasted amazing. They hashbrowns were crispy and buttery.The pancakes were fluffy and warm. The omelette was juicy and fluffy. The country fried steak was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The Christmas decorations were super cute (thanks to Kimber) and it made the place feel warm and cozy.
