The new smash burger isn't what they try to make it out to be. It's really nothing special at all. They are saying that they came out with this new burger that blows everyone out of the water but that s not the case . We'll I guess for me it's not. I'd rather go to IN N OUT. The lady was rude, we ask for any icecream and she answered: this isn't a McDonalds we do not sell ice cream here! There were different ways she could have answered this she could've handled it a different way a better way. It was not our fault you were having a bad day and even if u were you get paid to work there if u didn't like it quit and find another job.

Plenty of parking very clean the bathrooms are clean the restaurants clean great attendance A1 service drive-thru is good dining in is absolutely amazing so I can't give this Jack in the Box any bad markings at all all 100% A+
The thing working the drive thru window where payment is made is the absolute most vile, disgusting, rude maggot that I have ever encountered. This "person" should never have any interaction with the general public. Garbage place staffed with garbage people. Never going back to the dumpster called "Jack In The Box".

Order 5 pieces of chicken strips 3 of the 5 were over cook it seams like they rebook the cook ones nothing to eat terribly I threw away them also my tacos were cold and 1 of my tacos sauce packet had been open which tells me they are putting the ones that are not use back in the un unused even the hot sauce was on the outside I will report this to the health department
