I came this morning and order the loaded breakfast combo with black coffee. 2 extreme sausage just the sandwich and a breakfast platter. Once the lady gave me my order. Served my coffee first. Hand me the bag with the platter and the paper bag withthe sandwich. I noticed I didn't have the hashbrown that came with my order. I then went inside. I believe it was one of the manager that I was talking to. She was rude and unfrofessional. She told me I had only orderer sandwiches. And then I told her. Then why would she give me coffee if I got the combo. She then told me that the drive tru lady put in on my other bag. Which she didn't. This manager decided to believe her employees and justify her mistake by saying I only got sandwiches when I didn't. Never coming back to this location.
Smash burger there's is just ok, I prefer there regular burgers , this location is really on the Ball, hello to all the great employees!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes handicaped Parking ?️ right in front and I thank you for that !!?

Food is always great, I usually use their drive thru between 8pm -11pm, the girl working drive thru is great, I will try to get her name next time I'm there so she can get credit for being so great.

If I could rate 0 STARS I would because yet again this location has decided to close the dining room early tonight and stick a note on the front door stating "DRIVE THRU ONLY". At 8:45 I walked all the way up the hill to find this out when normally the dining room doesn't close until 10pm. I can only assume the early closure is from lack of staff but I shouldn't have to suffer bcuz the JITB management can't figure out how to effectively schedule their restaurant. This has happened in the past too me and as I witnessed tonight numerous other patrons who although in cars once they saw the drive thru only sign on the door simply drove off obviously to spend their money with a business that appreciates its customers.
