this jamba juice has gone downhill, it was very messy and dirty. The girl who made my smoothie maybe was new because somehow my drink was runny and chunky at the same time.

Went here this afternoon, some Asian girl made my peanut butter moo. Omg it was so nasty it was so runny like water. And the guy working gave me back the wrong change , I had to call them out on that. Don't come to this location , it's just kids that don't follow instructions obviously. Won't be back .

Customer service is terrible! Woman did not want to make any juice and said they only did smoothies. Sorry, fresh juice was on the menu. In addition, she rushed me and my daughter to make a choice after she said there was no fresh juice. She had a very disturbed look on her face like she did not want to make anything . I ended up just purchasing the pre-made shots. Shouldn't work in a juice bar if you don't want to make juice.

Stopped by today for a much-needed razzmatazz.The "smoothie" I received was mostly liquid, partially unblended, and about 75% full. That poor quality falls short of what I expect for $7.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1 is because a young professional named Reagan noticed my dissatisfaction with that lackluster product and asked me if I would allow her to remake it for me. She was courteous, apologetic, and definitely deserves a raise or promotion in the future if this is the quality she displays on a regular basis. I didn't even have to complain. Management, are you listening?In my years of observing corporate success and failures due to the nature of my employment, work ethic like hers is what causes businesses to succeed. Well done, Reagan. Keep it up.

I love my Jamba juice, but unfortunately this is the only location close to me and my work. Hate going here but was craving a juice so bad. I paid a visit Saturday morning 9 AM had to wait about 10 minutes to place my order. Felt so bad for the single employee girl that was so busy making pick up orders for three different drivers picking up orders and trying to help walk in customers. About 10 minutes after placing my order I got my drink.Had to wait for the two parties before me that placed an order. I couldn't scan my rewards or get a receipt because the Wi-Fi was down.. it's always something at this location. Unfortunately I know it's not the girls fault

This afternoon I went to Jamba Juice and my experience wasn't too good. The atmosphere was nice but the lady who took my order did not input my 50% discount on the bowl and the fruit was not fresh whatsoever. The bananas were really mushy along with the blueberries that looked like they've been in the fridge for weeks. The strawberries seemed like they've been sitting in the freezer for a while.
The customer service was impeccable. Evan was super helpful and nice. I got the pink star many times from here, although the food is still amazing like the Belgian waffle. Every time I've come in the people are amazing and create a nice mood inside the whole store even laughing and having a good time with other customers. I really could never describe how great this location is they are always super nice and I would always recommend this Jamba to everyone.

Amazed- I don't think I've ever seen a business ran more efficiently than what I just witnessed. A large group of people walked in just before us and all of us had our drinks within minutes. Including people that walked in after us that had pre ordered. Hats off to the 3 ladies working. That was awesome to watch.
