The staff was just not very good at their job. I had to correct and redirect them both many times while they assembled my subs. Maybe they were new ?

My wife ordered (on line), two 6" and one 12' sandwiches. When I picked them up I asked if all 3 were in the bag which had tape on it. I was told by an employee my order was correct pointing at the receipt taped to the bag. After my wife and I drove to Romona to visit my daughter and grandson we only found two 6' sandwiches in the bag. Missing the $18.00 12" sandwich. When I called to voice my complaint, I was told they would give me a refund and credit me with a new sandwich next time. If you order food from this place open your order and make sure it correct.

I ordered through the app, which was very easy. The sandwiches were done early and we went home to eat. I have never before had to check my food before leaving the store. My requests were not followed and it seems like double meat isn't very much more than regular. No tomatoes on half of our sandwich and very little lettuce. I will go to a different store next time. The employees were not friendly either.

The best Jersey Mike's in North County thus far, they're the most consistent and least likely to skimp on the meat portions lol. Everyone I've dealt with is courteous and professional, unlike other locations I've been to around the area. We usually order online for take-out and it's always ready before the time they quote you. I've never dined in, but everything always looks clean and organized. I'll keep making this my go-to Jersey Mike's while I'm in the area.

This was only my second experience with Jersey Mike's. I definitely preferred ordering online. It gives me the chance to double-check that I've ordered everything the way I want it without having to rely on someone else to repeat it back in such a way that I catch the mistake. I got my bowl without cheese this time, so I was glad. My boys all enjoyed their sandwiches, and my 5-year-old even ate his entire kids meal sandwich, which is fairly high praise from him. I guess I'll keep giving Jersey Mike's a try and definitely order online.
