most plain ramen. I don't recommend eating here, especially with all the other restaurants in the mall

The bulgogi tacos are the most delicious thing! Love nice crispy chicken nuggets as well. This is the one place I stop at when I need a small bite or just crave some kimchi :) They also serve japchae!

Today we were in Escondido looking for ramen. Went to Yelp and saw the reviews for ramen! I already know how good their chicken sandwich is but didn't know they served excellent ramen!!! Had the Tonkatsu and Wow! Broth was amazingly flavorful! All BJ needs to do is serve it in a real ramen bowl and I'll never drive to Convoy again!

How is it so cheap & so good? I had zero expectations paying $4.95 for a California roll. I was blown away. Not only was the service super fast, it was delicious. Probably the best CA roll I've had anywhere in years. I can't wait to try other menu options. What a treasure this little place is.

It was surprising to see a Korean fast food place in the mall (I hadn't been to this food court in quite awhile). I had the tonkatsu ramen which was surprisingly good for $10.95 (it's an extra 50 cents to make it spicy), it came in a disposable bowl. The portion was fairly large and the chashu was pretty tender. The service was also quick and efficient. In addition to different types of ramen, there was also a variety of Korean food and plates that looked good, including bibimbap. We definitely plan on coming back here soon to try some of the other dishes!

Solid Korean food! Don't be fooled with the mall atmosphere... if you love and appreciate traditional home cooked Korean food then this is your spot! Be well! Eat plenty and my fave is the BULGOGI BOWL!! Family owned and the pride and quality of the servings and the service are on display and consistently so! Time to eat yummy Bulgogi!!

I've had ramen all over San Diego, and for some reason theirs is some of the best. Which makes no sense, since they give it to you in a paper bowl. But it doesn't matter, because that little Asian guy in the ballcap who works in the back can pull it off. Their base is very good, the noodles are flavorful on their own, and his marinade for the pork is fantastic. LOL, a $10 bowl of ramen that beats most ramen shops. It isn't even their main thing, this is a Korean plate shop. Eat here. Because fillet mignon served on a paper plate is still fillet mignon. Quick, before the little dude in the back figures out how good he is and charges more. Heh.

The ramen here was just ok. The price is the same as most other ramen shops but the broth, meat, and egg were low quality.I liked the noodles and the veggies.I got the tonkotsu broth so I was really surprised that there was almost no flavor to it. The corn, bean sprouts and green onion really stood out bc the broth was so tasteless. I actually asked if it was tonkotsu because I was so surprised that it wasn't fatty/flavorful.The noodles were good and the main reason I got it, so I'm happy about that. The ramen egg was just a normal hard boiled egg instead of a jammy soy sauce egg so I was disappointed there. The pork pieces had a good flavor but were very chewy.Service was prompt and friendly. Looks clean and well maintained.I understand that this place is a "Korean" restaurant so I should maybe have different expectations but most of the menu is ramen? So I thought it would be ok.

This Ramen wasn't even that hot which is not okay. It's the kind of Ramen you can't even make at home cus mine would have more flavor. I order, then after placing my order he says it's going to be six minutes, not why would I wait six minutes just standing there at the mall so I went to forever21 and when I came back she demanded a receipt smh. Jus don't like service like this. Plus after the man that took the order said it's okay she didn't want to give me the food until she was ready. Literally pulled the bowl back towards her to give me more things. It's clear she doesn't speak English which is okay but she shouldn't be upfront then.

This establishment is located at the mall's food court - ambiance is casual. The food here is pretty decent. The Fried Chicken Sandwich could be breaded a bit better, thus making it more crispy. The Kimbap is good! I'm glad we got some when we visited. Finally, the bibimbap with bulgogi beef was also delicious, but the carrots were sliced whichever way, and some were too thick. I'd recommend the bibimbap and kimbap. The service was good too. The woman who helped me was efficient and friendly.

This place is located inside the food court at North County Mall. The food was great!! My daughter and I had the bulgogi tacos ( which was amazing) and the K-crispy chicken sandwich; which was very tasty. Will go back to try the rest of the menu. 10/10!
