Ordered online on my girlfriend's phone.There was a promo to get "free nuggets with orders over $10" for their new item they are advertising.The order placed was not complicated.A Famous Bowl and 5 Piece Tenders Box with 2 sauces.When I picked it up, the sticker clearly states that the order was "double-checked for accuracy", which, it was not.When I brought it home, there were no sauces.Not was there the free promo item that was CLEARLY on the order placed on the phone.Went back and spoke with the manager. Rather than just give me a few sauces, she started taking everything out of the bag like she was trying to prove me wrong.I asked about the promo item as she was interrogating my food I paid for and she said she had to look at the tablet on her end.She said that it didn't show on her end so she could give me anything "free".Now, I wasn't asking for anything free. Only what was offered on the website which was placed on the order.So, the person in charge had a simple solution that could have taken care of the problem, but she chose to treat a lifelong customer like they were trying to get free food out of them.Not to mention that after going through the bag of food that I paid for and waiting, it was now cold.This is the last time I will ever go into any KFC.I would not spend a dime I found there.Have been going there since I was a kid and I am 60, so that is quite some time.I have been in the restaurant industry and food service distribution most of my life, so I have an idea of how to treat customers.Sad that they lost one.

Came here last year to see if they had the Nashville Hot Tenders and they did even tho it said sold out in their drive thru signs. I ordered the 5 piece with a drink, biscuit and home fries. The Nashville Hot Tenders were alright but the crunch was the best. Heard these are discontinued now but it was nice while it lasted. Seamless order and pick up for the food too.

Never Dine Inside so I can't comment. But, the Drive-Thru is always fast. But, often I get Someone who takes My order that needs to put a smile on in their voice and make you feel welcome even for driving through. One gal who has been doing the Drive Thru lately has been very pleasant and always says Thank you back when I say Thank you after getting My total at the Window. Most of them just say Drive up to the window and I don't feel welcome or respected as a customer. Try a little harder people to be happy with the job your blessed to have! You aren't living on the street. YET! Be nice ? !

They don't deserved 1 star. I've live here at by Bear Valley for 9 years , 2 min drive from this KFC location. I had two visits and both horrible service, today I sent my friend to pick up some chicken and since this is close by I suggested it. The manager told my friend "you should give people respect" only because my friend can't barely hear her on drive through as she speaks fast and already had rude tone. (This is common about this manager if you keep reading here on all reviews). When my friend is about to pay the manager said to him "you go to hell" and my friend just took off and drove extra 2 miles to El Pollo loco. Avoid this place so your day work be ruined. 9 years I've lived here this KFC location hasn't change!

I'm home sick with pneumonia and my husband got off shift and was sweet enough to pick me up mashed potatoes and gravy. I was super excited until I opened the gravy and there was a FLY floating on the top I get things happen but that one's pretty disgusting. We live 30 min away and it's not even like we could go back and get something else. Which I honestly wouldn't want to. Just bummed we spent money on food with a dead fly floating on top... The only reason I come here sometimes it's because it's close by because the service at this place is absolutely horrible! Every-time I order at drive thru I hear the voice of some lady that sounds extremely miserable and rude. They charge extra for anything they can even a large water cup. If they could charge you for sitting inside and eating I bet they would lol. The food is Luke warm at times and the environment just feels so sad. If the manager is the one with the depressing voice at the window I really feel bad for her employees. Do better KFC fr.

If I can give this place any stars it would be -5 stars the manager is very rude every time you go through the drive-through I had an easy order some chicken tenders and a KFC bowl she told me you need to go park in front so I did five minutes later I still didn't get my food so I walked into the store and she was even rude to me saying that the order that I had placed was a specialty order. Come on some chicken tenders and a KFC bowl when I walked in to confront her she was very rude so I was rude back to her even more I can't believe the employees work for somebody that is that rude to the customers and her employees if understand she's the owner and and very controlling to her employees . do yourself a favor going to Vons or Ralph's to get your chicken. She thought she was rude until she met me I had to put her in her place

Overheard the the person in charge asking the cook if they wanted to go home and what kind of sick they were. I asked him about it since they were preparing the food I just ordered and he tryd denying it. After I quoted him he became combative and claimed it was a hypothetical conversation they were having. Honestly I usually eat here or order but when I ate inside one time they completely forgot my order and yes it was my bad I didn't get the receipt but the least the manager could've done was be nice about it I don't care if I don't get the food he was just being a bit rude I was waiting for an hour so idk if I'm going again
