After spending time in an Urgent Care for my broken foot with torn ligaments my husband treated me to a nice dinner at this Olive Garden location. From the moment that we met our waitress, the wonderful Nikki, we knew that we were in great hands. Can I give her 10 STARS PLEASE! She went out of her way to ensure that we had a great meal with fantastic service. Nothing was too much to ask of her. She was cheerful, she was prompt, she was totally EXCELLENT! As a former assistant restaurant manager, EXPO staff trainer and waitress myself, I know fabulous service when I see it. Kudos to Nikki and whoever trained and hired her. She's a precious find! Came to meet with friends and gotta say Jake was awesome Great customer service which is hard to come by. The food was delicious he got us grilled shrimp Alfredo Was checking on us regularly to make sure our glasses were full and we didn't need anything. Horrible incident happened after having dinner in Olive Garden with one other family on January 12th 2024. Yes SHOCKINGLY we found many small GLASS PIECES in the kids smoothies after we came back home and tried the left over smoothie. The glass pieces were too small around 0.4mm that my kids did not feel anything while drinking. My kids drank almost half if it. We called the manager "Jeff" immediately to inform this but shockingly instead of taking any action he offered us the gift card to trade for. This made me so frustrated. I called again the next day and asked for the complaint call number and they gave me incorrect number. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID going to this location. Attaching the Photos of the glass pieces.

We used to like coming here but recently were disappointed in the quality of the food. And as soon as we were brought to our table we noticed a rancid odor coming from the carpet. They obviously hadn't bothered to vacuum up the scraps of food on the floor and who knows how often it's even professionally cleaned. It's not appetizing at all. We won't be coming back.

We went to Olive Garden last night and did not like the food there. It was not Italian had no seasonings no seasonings that you would know that was in an Italian food like basil, garlic oregano we had yogi soup and the breadsticks was the bomb, but everything else was horrible we had, the chicken, Parmesan and lasagna, and both of those were terrible

Chloe is the best server at this location!! She had excellent food recs and service. I came in early November and cannot get over how great the service was that I received. My glass was never empty due to how often she refilled my drink!!! Next time I come to this location I will request Chloe by name and hope that she's working.

The food was freshly made and with exquisite flavor and very good portions and excellent presentation, service was great we just saw friendly faces and our waitress Stephanie went above and beyond to serve us with a very polite and friendly attitude. The restaurant in general was clean and nice environment we were glad to be there and definitely we will go again, thank you to all the staff and special thanks to the chef and waitress.

This location tends to be quite busy, given its proximity to other restaurants in the area. The wait time can be around 15-20 minutes during peak hours, but we usually opt to go later in the evening to avoid this. To kick off our meal, we started with breadsticks, chicken & gnocchi soup, and the famous house salad--all of which were delicious and flavorful. Afterward, we moved on to our entrees. I chose my favorite, the chicken alfredo, while my partner went for the rigatoni with meat sauce and meatballs. As a finishing touch, we both ordered Italian margaritas, made with Joe Cuervo Especial Silver tequila, triple sec, and topped with amaretto (a sweet Italian liqueur). We also upgraded our drinks to the premium Patrón Silver. Our server, Chase, was exceptionally attentive, informative, and knowledgeable. I recommend this spot for casual dining, especially for its diverse menu offerings.

I want to start by saying this is my second time ordering curbside the first time didn't go so well and the second time even worse I do not know what the point is of putting in an order selecting a time only for them not to have your food ready! I have a woman who comes to my car at 4 o'clock gives me my receipt and informs me that my food will be ready shortly. 428. My food is still not ready. I've called and spoken to three different people which all have a different excuse.! I don't understand what's the point of this system if you're not gonna be able to guarantee that the food is going to come out on time if I wanted to wait for my food and have it run late I'd go into the restaurant and eat there!
I want to shout out Nikki A. for her wonderful service and kindness she displayed for my meal tonight. On top of being our server, she was also the bartender for the night. My partner and I were seated at the booths right in front of the bar and in back of the hostess stand. The bar was completely full when we arrived as well as the booth behind us. Nikki still made sure that we didn't wait more than a few minutes for anything service related even though all of her tables/bar was full. She was super kind and thoughtful about our meal and made sure we were taken care of. Nikki deserves all the praise for being such a wonderful sever!

Service was not there fam... Was told it would be a 30 minute wait.. it was actually an hour and half... We weren't really checked on much unless we asked for it. We waited for at least 30 minutes to pay and that was because we went up and asked for the check.

This Olive Garden is in a good location and the staff is friendly. The low stars come from time of service. I've been multiple times and every time when placing a to go order, it takes so long to get someone of the phone. Sometimes starting the call 10 minutes out and by the time I get there, then someone is finally on the phone to place my food order. The taste of the food is what you'd expect at Olive Garden. If they could improve the time of service, I could see leaving a higher review.
