Bad service!???? I tried to order a pizza by the phone, the lady there put me on hold for 16 mins she never picked up my order. And I arrived there and she wasn’t busy at that time. So I ended up making my order there, she said she forgot she had the call on hold. She could of at least say sorry ?. But she didn’t. She almost laugh. That’s messed up!

I went to get the ticket but when I asked her for peppers for the pizza, she refused to give me a very bad presentation, as she had her hair all down and was working in a food business. I will pass this displeasure on to friends and family about this location.

This may not be the best pizza around, but the price is right and I have had no issues with their service. I also am happy with the taste. I did have a small problem ordering online, but I called and all was well. Maybe it's true about changing toppings, but they have a large variety that should work for most. I will be back.

Horrible service. Ordered online to make my pickup faster, waited until the app let me know my order was ready for pickup. I get there and had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to figure out what they did with my order. The cashier had no idea what she was doing couldn't even find my order on their system. I finally take my pizza home and my entire order was wrong. Paid for stuffed crust and the extra most bestest pepperoni, there was no stuffed crust and little to no pepperoni. I call them to get a resolution and they are absolutely no help. There was no manager on duty and the lead on duty said she couldn't do anything and to call back the next day to talk to the manager. I call back and the manager again was not there. At this point the service is so bad I will never want to come back here. They denied my refund and said the only option was a credit when I obviously never want to eat here again. Terrible management going on here.

The people working today gave me the wrong sauce one one pizza, no sauce on the other, and the store was completely understaffed I will be going to the other location for my pizza. This place employs kids who don't respect people's dinner. Beware!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, ordered online to save time. When i arrived and tried to get my order by inputting my code, it didn't let me. Plus, i had to guess where my order was because my name was not displayed on the screen. When I tried to ask for help, not one or two but three times, i was ignored all three!! Until i asked for the fourth time. The people working at this location are very unprofessional, i would give ZERO stars if i could.

Missing items from my order. I ordered 3 pizzas, but they only gave my door dasher 1. I called customer support, and the best they could do was offer a 50% discount. As a result, I ended up paying double the price for just 1 pizza. I will never order again.

Busy Saturday. 1 cashier for 10 guests. Barley spoke ENGLISH, the personality of a slug. 4 people in the back doing dishes and making pizzas starring at all the customers in the lobby and not 1 word or finger lifted. Who trains these
