While I didn't find the food particularly good or bad, I did want to recognize the service provided by the front end employee named Luis. He was very friendly and his attention to customer service is a wonderful relief in a day that customer service has taken a nose dive. This kid will go somewhere! Thanks Luis!

Our first time here and the food was delicious authentic Mexican food. I'm a huge critic of Mexican food and many times prefer cooking my own but I can say this was 100% Mexican flavor. The service was also great and the people are very welcoming and friendly. We will be back soon!!

Went to get Panchos today, but found Los Armando's in its place. Not impressed with the smaller menu and larger prices. Wondering how you could screw up a simple beef taco, but they managed to do it. Cashier didn't know the menu; had to point to the menu board to show the different breakfast plate options. Food tastes "off", tortilla was burnt. Portion sizes 30-40% smaller than Panchos. Sorry, we'll not be returning.

Pretty disappointed. Expecting Panchos, but this new place doesn't even come close. Got guacamole and chips, among other things, took it home, opened it up and much to my horror the guacamole was all old and brown. Awful. Chile relleno tasted like old grease. Flour tortillas were good though. Gee. Come on guys, you're going to have to do better than that to survive. Two taco shops before you at that same location couldn't make it because the rent was too high. I will definitely not be returning. Too many other good taco shops in town.

This place used to be "Panchos Mexican Grill", which we have been coming to since 2019. There is still some signage inside that shows the old name. But, totally new menu with yuge price increases! We had a Carne Asada Burrito for $13.25, a Pollo Asado Burrito, also $13.25 and a regular, plain cheese Quesadilla (no meat, just cheese) for $7.99 The tortillas used in the burritos and the quesadilla tasted really good. Very buttery flavor. Sadly, the burritos were another story. The Pollo Asado Burrito had several pieces of Carne Asada. Almost like the cook was mixing both meats on the grill! Here's the worst part, I found a large, 3" chunk of melted plastic inside the Carne Asada Burrito! Like from a food storage bag or something. Or maybe Saran plastic wrap? So, if they are negligent enough to allow pieces of plastic to contaminate people's food, who knows what else is going on in the kitchen!? Overall, the prices for this new place are way, way, way too high! And it's not like you're getting a free bag of chips or something. Nope! Just your typical burrito. Oh, maybe it was the extra chunk of plastic in the food that explains their high prices! Sorry, Los Armando's Mexican Food. I know you're new and all. But, contaminated food is just one major red line you don't cross! Especially when you're new! We won't be back. Especially at these high prices! Sad!
New ownership! Good breakfast burritos and salsa!!! I can still smell of sewer which continues to linger restaurant and the fountain machine has been broken for 2 years. Hopefully the new ownership will replace and be a favorite place to have a nice sit down Mexican food. It would ge nice if chips and salsa would be complimentary while waiting especially for the price of the food and drinks. Plan on returning in a few months and see how things shifted with new ownership recommend the breakfast burritos and clean environment in addition service was nice in cashier finding our cellphone and holding.
