This location is very convenient but every time no matter what time of day they always send most cars to secondary to wait for our food. Would be nice to actually get my food when I pay at the window. That’s my only gripe. Otherwise great place to go to.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for the little ones

Ta cashier was ready to take my order when the manager told them to walk away. Then the manager told my that I HAD to use the kiosk. I said no, there was somebody already to take my order. The manager said that if I wanted food there then I MUST use the kiosk.... I choose to go someplace else.

Their menu on drive through shows one price and they charge you another which is more. When you tell them the manager says it is what it is and our price is what the Machine says not the board. Vey rude and disrespectful!

You can tell very lazy people work at this location. Pick your feet up and earn that money. And stop getting orders wrong someone really needs to come look at the manager as last time I went through looked like he was on a bunch of drugs.
McDonald's is McDonalds we all know but for being one of the few remaining play places I can find in the county this is an easy way to keep your kids occupied so you can eat something in peace.

I went through the drive-through and luckily some of them are aware that you can earn points during every meal, even if you use a code for food. Paying at the window the lady did not confirm my order or offer a receipt. When I got to the window to pick up the food, the guy just open, the window handed me the food quickly turned his back. I said, thank you, but was not acknowledged since my quick arrival at the window. The fries with my meal were not warm or hot

So on the website, it states that the drive through doesn’t close until 11. I got off Work late and got to the drive-through around 10:52. There was no barrier in front of the drive-through, and the screens were on And so was the intercom. I sat there for about three minutes kept saying hello to speak to an employee and no one ever answered. Then I drove up to the window and saw no employees inside. Then I drove around to the front of the store and saw two employees in the lobby. Once I drove back to the drive-through window to see if they could take my order, the drive-through lights and everything were shut off. At the very least an employee could have told me they were no longer taking orders, but they literally hid from me. And the website should not state the restaurant closes at 11 of it does not. Cannot believe how unprofessional they were. Yes, thank you
