My mom went to McDonald’s with my daughter to be a great experience unfortunately the manager there decided to change my moms order around so it could be most expensive instead of charging it the way my mom ordered it . I called in to explain the situation while herself the manager is still debating over the phone with me of the cost and what she ordered . This is unacceptable. Now I have to go into a different city to handle this face to face . This is outrageous.

This is the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. We order on the mobile app all the time and wind up waiting 1520 minutes after we get to the drive-through or even the pull up curbside. And this is during lunch or breakfast whatever it is we order during that time frame like this morning it was breakfast And it took them 25 minutes to cook two sausage egg McMuffins and two sausage McMuffins and two hashbrowns. I find that I acceptable I called the store manager and she gave no compensation all she said well I’m sorry this is the breakfast rush time I said I know I’m ordering breakfast. One time I came through an order two cheeseburgers, and two hamburgers And one fry and it took them 20 minutes and this was at 11:45 during the weekday so I will never go to McDonald’s again. I suggest everybody else not go to this McDonald’s again.

Food is decent, of course fries are the best. But should always expect to be parked to get food. IDK why they make you park and not just fully service their customers as it is a 1st come 1st serve type of set up?

The Conscientious Critique
One thing to have kiosks for use, but a whole other ball of stupid to MAKE someone use them! McDonald’s has not only increased prices, lowered service levels, shrunk food size, removed taste from food all around… But to not have a HUMAN take your order because you want to NOT pay the $25 min wage that was put into law… Just downright lame! Shame on you franchisee!Couldn’t order lunch items… NOPE, that isn’t possible till 11:30 says the girl behind counter after waiting 3 min for her to even acknowledge someone standing there….The sausage egg mcmuffin looked as BAD as it tasted! Sloppy work from what seemed like 15 people working in the kitchen standing around. $12 for a tasteless sandwhich with a side of blah tasting oily hashbrown puck and wash it all down with a burnt coffee flavored bean water.. Yum! Just awesful.Lucky to get 2 stars…. Just dealing generous I guess.
