We had an average meal here the other night. The food was good, the service was slow but friendly and the atmosphere was ok. Nothing was terrible about the meal but nothing special either. We ordered the enchiladas suizas and 3 sauce fajita burrito. The food was ok.

I tried to sign up three times for your reward and birthday program. Every time it kept rejecting me. The reason was because it wanted me to list my favorite location. However, there is no option for California so how am I supposed to list a location if I live in California? Can you give me an explanation on how I'm supposed to sign up?
I met with 5 clients this morning at On The Border Escondido. This was the first time for me to meet clients at this location. When I was setting up the appointment weeks ago, I talked to the Manager Lucia and she was open minded and accommodating. When arriving I was greeted by Gustavo. I told him I was looking for a quieter place and he made a couple of suggestions. He was self starting didn't need to bother the Manager. He landed up being our server and did a great job! My clients were raving about the food. What a great experience. If you need to meet with clients, date night or an evening with the family, I highly recommend On The Border, you will not be disappointed!

It was alright, probably won't go back.Empty salsa dishes and food plates kept piling up. Was really surprised that we had to ask for more salsa when it was all gone and we still had most of our chips. Salsa dishes hold just a tiny bit of salsa.Food was acceptable, but not memorable one way or another.

Some Caucasian girl.. heard wrong. We ask for straws.. How do you get Corona out of asking for straws??? She needs to pay attention to detail and she has a lot of straws in Her apron. Other than that Sarah who is usually there rocks! And our server tonight is good..
