Ordered chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The chicken was coated with red hot sauce and the green sauce tasted like someone accidentally dumped an entire container of salt in it. I regret not taking it back for a refund. Just terrible.

I was able to put through a delivery order on DoorDash, however after 20-25 minutes of waiting my dasher told me that this place no longer does DoorDash orders.I don't know why they hadn't said something sooner to the dasher or why it was still up on the DoorDash app.

I used to love this place and would give it a 5 just for the chile relleno plate. However, the last few times the rolled tacos were way hard, the asada burrito had no flavor, and the beans tasted old. But what really irked me was one evening, I walked in at 840 pm and they were cleaning. They told me they weren't taking orders anymore because they started cleaning. I thought they were joking since they close at 9. I even repeated the closing time and they said, "yeah, sorry". In that case, they should say they close at 830! That was the last time I went there. Today, my mom went over at 815 am and the place was dark- no one there. They open at 8 am. The inconsistency in hours of operation and the decline of the food is why I rated them low.

Over Labor Day weekend we ordered Panchos Mexican Grill for all five of us. The food was decent until the next day when all five of us got horrible food poisoning. 103+ temp, throwing up, diarrhea, nausea and stomach issues. I order over $20,000 per year in takeout meals and have never got sick before (except one time in college when I ate 3 day old pizza). It is now 8 days later and we are all still trying to get better. I would steer clear of this place.
We've gone 2 times in the last 2 months. Both times the soda machine has been broken, there is no air conditioning, and there is a strong sewage smell inside the restaurant. We won't be going back.

Went in on a Thursday afternoon around 2 PM and the place was empty… That should’ve been my first clue. I ordered the combo plate that consisted of two chicken tacos, rice and beans. I took my order to go without looking inside… Big mistake! When I got home, I realized that these were street tacos and not the crispy regular chicken tacos that you get when you order a combo. at minimum they should’ve asked if I wanted soft street tacos or the crunchy traditional‘s. To add insult to injury they didn’t even include any salsa! What Mexican restaurant does that? I was starving so I decided to eat some and to say that it was bland would be putting it mildly. Absolutely no flavor plus the soft shells. Never going back! Oh and the total was over $16 for a chicken taco combo plate!!!! Total rip off

Really delicious food, beautiful restaurant, just a tad bit overpriced in my opinion. I paid over thirteen dollars for a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream, onion, and avocado slices on it. And there was a lot of tortilla so there could have been more beans applied to the burrito.
