Food was good. Service? There was really no service as we just order on the kiosk and there was no one to really interact with. There was an employee taking out the load of trash through the dining room and looking like she didn't want to be there. It wasn't busy when we got there but there were a lot of tables dirty. They didn't have coffee as their machines weren't working. We were there for an hour and still no coffee.

This place is so overpriced. The bread is good but they definitely skimp on the sandwiches. This is one half of a $16 sandwich. There's hardly anything inside that massive roll.

Very nice place, comfortable, except that in order for you to order anything on the menu, you have to go from 9:30 a.m., since earlier they don't have everything ready, even though they open early, but the place and most of its employees are friendly and pleasant, I was unlucky that one of those who served me did not treat me so kindly since I asked him if he spoke Spanish, but he still served me, as far as possible, well , but very good food, highly recommended

The chicken sandwich was all onion and cheese, barely any chicken. Felt like I was eating a loaf of bread. Soup portions awful as well. Ordered a French onion soup for $9 and it was literally just broth and onion. Decided to eat it anyway until we found a hair in the sand which that was not my color and ended up throwing the whole $25 order away.

It's been a while since I've eaten at Panera and after today I will never eat there again. Thirty minutes after I ate a Citrus Asian Salad w/chicken I had the worst case of diarrhea that I have ever had.The restaurant didn't look very clean and fresh. I was given a free pastry for my birthday (chocolate chip cookie) that tasted days old so I only took one bite, and the Pepsi I was drinking didn't quite taste normal.Overall, a bad experience.

Terrible. Visit was on Nov 8. First the food was cold, and gave us food poisoning. And when we were eating there was an employee sweeping the floors next to our table and we can feel the wind and dust getting into our face. Our day was already ruined and we were trying our hardest to be respectful about the food and the employee. So we didn’t say anything. I get it, you have to clean. But the restaurant was EMPTY but chose to clean the table right next to where people are eating? That’s very unprofessional.

I am literally so grossed out! The green tea and lemonade dispenser both had mold in them!!!! I didn't notice when I served it. And then I took a drink and I gagged! It's so nasty! You look and the actual drink tank doesn't have any circulation mixing the drink. It's just sitting there and looks nasty! I let them know and still nothing has been done about it. Almost 2 weeks later and it's still not working. So people have been drinking mold for 2 weeks! This is so nasty! And they wouldn't give me a refund on my meal or drink. Because as a "sip club member" our terms say we can not get refunds on previous purchases or passed billed memberships. So they just offered a $20 gift card. That's Bs. I never want to eat with Panera again. Why would I accept a gift card. When I spent $27 on food and drinks. And we just tossed it. All paneras are trash now.
