Not good service, charged me more for extra Sriracha packets. The building smells, I hope I don’t get food poisoning or sick. I would have returned if I didn’t charge it on my credit card. Won’t be going back

Worst pho in Escondido.. food had no love .. people didn't even check on you if you needed anything I left no tip ... And the inside looks like a disaster..

They have messed up in my order for takeout twice and when I asked them to make me a new order he said no. I have given this place multiple chances but would rather travel farther for better food and customer service. I normally don't make reviews but had to with how terrible it was here

Was craving pho with parents while staying at Harrahs so drove down here since it was the closest to casino. Pho was average in taste but below average overall. I found it extremely expensive and portion was small even though I paid for large. I get that siracha is hard to get but it was so watered down might as well not provide it. I hate it when restaurants increase prices but still try to skimp on quality. 3 bowls of large pho plus 1 can diet coke came out to $52 total.

service was awesome and so are the food.. we enjoyed what we ordered and will definitely support them as they were only 2 workers and we feel like they need more customers.. they were so happy when we went in and we were happily greeted..

Had lunch and we were there at 11:15. Had the place all to ourselves except for the woman who came in right behind us to order to go. My steak and brisket pho was good with a lot of meat. The wife had veggie stir fry. It was a good size portion and she said that the tofu that was on top of it was good. Only two sauces were brought out with the meal and I didn't ask for any more so I don't know if they have more or not. Or order was taken quickly and we didn't wait long to get our food. After that we didn't see our server except when he came to refill our water. I think that it was only him and a woman who probably was the cook working. We will probably go back again because the food was good. As we were leaving another couple was coming in to have the place to themselves.

My daughter and I always eat at Pho Lena Grill in Escondido! Not only the food were delicious, and freshly cooked upon order, their service was excellent!!! I will recommend this Vietnamese Restaurant to anyone seeking a delicious and affordable meal
Never a dull moment, food has always been great.. dine in or order to go.. they do have an online menu.. of course price will vary on how much you order to eat, but we'll worth it if your on empty and leave full..lol.

This place use to be like my go to spot, and then it got really weird on pricing. There Pho use be like 8 or 9 bucks and I understand that prices are going up everywhere, but I came in one day after their pho was 9 bucks and it had jumped up to 13 dollars. I was like a 4 dollar hike Dang! so I stopped going, well yesterday I was craving pho and there wasn't that many people in there so I decided to come back and enjoy well I sit and wait and wait and wait. I dont know why I waited so long, but I did, I guess thats on me. So 15 minutes later The owner finally took my order I ordered a p16 which was labeled as 10.99 ( was impressed that they adjusted their price) I asked him how long it would take and he said 10 min well 35 minutes later my pho came out, but the guy never brought me my silverware, and no water and the coke I ordered it was a mess. I waited another 5 minutes and had to grab the silverware myself. When I paid I noticed it came out to 16 dollars I said how so. He gave me the receipt, because his English is kind of broken. and the receipt read, Pho 11.99 +1 dollar for Large and coke is like 2 bucks 15+ tax, The principle is false advertising, if your price says 10.99 it should be 10.99 and I never asked for a Large why are you Charging me for a Large, its sneaky and undermining to charge for things you did not ask for. I do like this place if they can communicated there prices and hire 1 employee or move faster this can be my pho place again, but they need to get back on track. it was a mess yesterday.

I have dined here many times and again on Mother's Day. I ordered the veggie pho and vegetarian spring rolls. Both were very good. I always get the fresh (vegetarian) spring rolls which have tofu inside. They are delicious. Service is good never have to wait long. Restaurant is clean and plenty of parking. They have a TV inside but I'm not there to watch TV anyway (haha). It's always a good experience.
