The floor could use some cleaning. Wipe tables more frequently. Wipe drink area more frequently. Workers should wear hair nets. Females have butt length hair all flowing in a food service area. Hair needs to be tucked away in a bun, like in and out employees'. Not good.

We visited on valentines day cuz my husband was so excited to try this place but we were so disappointed. The first round of pizzas 2/3 were burnt . We had to drive back for the 2 recooks... just for them to be undercooked and only with about half of the toppings put back on than the original pizzas had. I left feedback directly to them and never heard back. We won't be visiting here ever again unfortunately.

Super dreary atmosphere. Employees are like zombies...barely even talk or respond. No music or anything to create a vibe or atmosphere. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and I finally went up to the counter and saw my food sitting there. After waiting another 2-3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, someone walked up and I told her I think this is my food. She went to the back and came out minute later and said "Sorry, here's your salad, do you want me to heat up your pizza?". I said, " Uh, yes, please."I waited another 2 minutes or so and fianlly got the pizza. Then see the woman who took our order (who disappeared after she put the pizza in the oven) leave and say "See you tomorrow" (to the other employees).Food was mediocre at best. Pizza crust was half burnt, half uncooked. Not how a pizza should be.I don't usually write bad reviews...I work in customer service, I give people the benefit of the doubt...but this place is awful. I will NEVER go back to this location.

I haven't been there yet, but to Samantha DeHerrera, pizza dough is not refrigerated! If it is too cool, it won't rise properly. I don't know about your other complaints, but you obviously don't know anything about bread dough. It needs to be warm, and the yeast in the dough doesn't let bacteria grow, so don't comment on things you are totally ignorant about!

Pizza perfect size for one person if you're hungry. Tastes pretty good. Took a while to get the order placed in a while to get it served. Atmosphere was kind of generic.

I stopped by today 12/24. The emoloyees were all super nice and attentive. The girl at the counter pulled out fresh Basil for me since the one in the container looked very old. I will suggest that the soda machine be checked out. I got Fuze tea and it smelled like sewer water. My sister got coke and it did not taste right. I decided to try the sprite and the odor from the soda was strong. I ended up asking for 2 new cups and getting pomegranate lemonade but it had a grey piece floating in it. I would 100% be back for pizza but avoid getting a drink here. adding that my pizza was slightly burned at the bottom not the point of it tasting bad but there were some burnt tasting pieces that were bitter

They weren’t busy when we walked in which I thought would be a fair wait time but after awhile I had to check in with them to see if my pizza was ready &when they pulled it out of the oven it was over cooked, so I had to wait for another one to cook. Paid $20 for a sloppy pizza.

Delivery came really fast. Some small charred areas on the pizzas, but nothing like the calzone, which was burned over the entire calzone.

I ate here around 1 pm on Sunday 12/10, and the food was so well cooked, and the service was great. Those girls deserve a raise. I eat here frequently, but today was exceptional.
