Awful place, placed a order through the website and it said it was ready turns out it want and I say around doing nothing for 20+ minutes!

First and last time I'll ever order from here again. 2 nights ago, we ordered a medium pizza, Alfredo pasta and cheese sticks. It took almost an hour and the delivery guy started blowing my phone up with calls saying he's arrived at the "game room". I told him where my unit was and gave him step by step directions. My apartment complex isn't super confusing like some can be. He still just kept repeating and leaving voicemails with a rude tone saying I need to come meet him. My boyfriend goes out to find him and he gets the food and then we realized we didn't get our cheese sticks. The delivery guy sped off and we couldn't catch him so I called Pizza Hut and spoke to a guy. I told him what happened and that I didn't get the cheese sticks, to which he says "yeah we're out of those" and I say "okay... no one called to let me know or ask if I wanted to substitute it or anything" and he says "yeah we're out" and I said "okayyy so are you going to refund those?" To which he said "no but I can give you store credit" ... I said "okay then can I please have the plain breadsticks and have them delivered now instead and use my credit towards that?" He sighed and said yes, he got my address again, confirmed my unit, told me it would be ready in about 20-25 minutes. I say okay and wait. 30 minutes goes by and I give it a couple more minutes. Then it's about to be 40 minutes so I call again and it's a different guy. He has no idea what I'm talking about. Once I explain everything, he says "we're out of breadsticks" and then puts me on hold to go talk to the guy I previously talked to. When he comes back he says, "he said he told you we were out of those too and that you just wanted a store credit" bro whatttt. I said nope he's lying can I just a get a refund please I do not want store credit. He said yea and apologized and hung up. Tell me why I look at my account today and they charged me an extra $20.00 and they have no idea why? Now I'm disputing it and irritated. It's not even the cheese sticks I'm mad over now lol it's the fact I had to go searching to find this delivery guy, they lied, had me waiting, were super rude, and then charged me extra for no reason. When you spend money on a service you expect to receive all your food and good customer service. Terrible

The human beings that work here seem confused. My impression is that they lack the skills needed to prepare a meal for other humans in a timely and orderly fashion. I will not visit this human establishment again.

We order from 1711 E Valley Pkwy Escondido all the time. We always order breadsticks, that is supposed to come with marinara sauce. We are not getting our marinara sauce. Last time we ordered, we ordered extra Sauce, but still didn't get our sauce. Tonight we ordered pizza, breadsticks and one of their new melts. Sticks and melts are supposed to come with marinara, but we ordered 2 extra just in case. We got 1 sauce. We paid extra, and we always tip $10. We really love the pizza, not sure where the break down is. We will not be tipping before order gets to the house. This has happened the last 6 times.

This pasta hurt my heart with how terrible it is. It's dry and stale and taste like garbage. Please go back to the original pastas for heaven sake!!! $50 dollars for trashy pasta the emotional damage ?.....I'm disappointed!

I am once again very disappointed. I had points for a two-topping pizza for free. But to get it delivered I needed to buy $15 other things. Okay, I like the boneless wings so I ordered some. With tax, delivery fees, and tip for the driver (not going to diss someone trying to make a buck) it was thirty dollars for my "free pizza". We ordered a two-topping medium pizza with mushrooms and sausage. To be honest, there were maybe one or two mushrooms on each slice. To add to the poor service, the pizza was not done....again. This is the second pizza we have ordered where the crust was doughy and needed a few more minutes n the oven. We are long time Pizza Hut delivery purchasers. sadly, I think we are done.

had the worst service put order in at 430 to have delivery done at 6 called at 640 and was told it went out at 632 waited til730 nothing called and asked what was going on they said the canceled because they pulled up and it was a apartment complex so instead of calling for apt number they canceled they said they called but they did not so had to wait ano 35 minutes to finally get the food

Email from Pizza Hut Customer Service on 05/24/22. I was promised a $20 credit due to the very bad customer service. Today is 6/12/22 and I have yet to hear back! I tried calling and asked if I can order for pick up later in the evening. I got told my order can't be changed and I told the individual I have not placed an order yet. And I got hung up on ‍ not sure if every employee there cares about their job but that is s*** service! I would expect better from someone who is being paid to answer the phone

Ordered their Triple box dinner,I believe that's what it's called!! It comes with 2 medium pizza's and 2 sides. I ordered sausage and pepperoni ,Parmesan wings and cheesy bread sticks. What I came home to was one thing right, sausage,pineapple chicken Alfredo pasta and very very dry bread sticks!! Won't be ordering from there again!! I called their excuse was we're busy!! Learn how to read the order ticket and box it accordingly!! On top of it as I checked out I got my receipt no were to leave a TIP, I said can I leave you a tip!! Only place to put a tip was ON customer receipt. Do they want me to tip myself!! They had me put my order number on a piece of paper and she'll go back later!! Sounds like this owner needs to pony up on new register's!!

Although I'm normally not a big fan of pizza hut, I'll have to admit the pizza was good and I would order from them again. There is only personal pan size and medium, so don't expect huge pizza selections. The help was friendly, and the place is clean. Call in and take out only, no delivery inside welk resorts

The only special instruction I put, is don't ring my damn doorbell!!! My dog just had surgery, and freaked when the doorbell rang, his suture busted and I had to clean up blood, instead of eat my food. Thanks guys

Very unpleasant customer service, I ask prices and get an I dont know response. Was really looking forward to trying out the new Detroit pizza, oh well. Rather spend my money some where else. My opinion, if you're miserable working there, find another job easy as that.
