Sweet potato fries and chicken poppers combo. Lots of options for dips and sauces but we got them naked. They were so good! Not greasy. Hot. Fresh. Delicious.

How can the owner of this franchise have only one person running their business. On top of that, they have only one working fryer. The worker cannot go to the bathroom without closing the store, and they have to run the register and try to make the food at the same time. I was there on Saturday, both morning and night shift had only one worker and they looked stressed.

If this was my place, I'd come in & do an overhaul on the staff.Wait times were out of control while I could clearly see the people behind the counter poking about, not particularly caring. They were out of almost everything, there was way too much seasoning on the fries because heaping scoops were thrown in instead of bothering to level them.Didn't bother to finish them.Questions & requests were met with the bare minimum of what might be considered a response & the workers both generally maintained an air of indifference & not really wanting to be there.It's well known that the owner of a restaurant never gets a day off. Without yourself personally, or a family member, being there, you start to lose money.For reasons like these..With attitudes like these, you can be sure the employees are giving & throwing away product & probably pocketing some too.Please come back & whip this up. This used to be such a good place. I'd hate to see it sink because some punk kids that don't care about it.

I used to work at this mall a few years back and saw the opening of Potato Corner. It used to be my go to spot and I even became a regular there that the previous employees knew. Unfortunately that all changed when the employees swapped out and new ones came in. The last time I went about two weeks ago, I had a great experience with the older woman who usually works the stand. She was fast, efficient, and cleanly! She even talked to me while I sat and ate my food since it was a slow day. I'm definitely appreciative of her service. I wish I could say the same about the other employees. I went in today and saw she wasn't working but rather a young, red headed girl. She sat in the very back corner of the stand on her phone and didn't acknowledge me for about 3 minutes. I was about to walk away when my movement caught her attention and she came rushing over, ignoring the fact she needed to wash her hands after touching her cellular device. I brush that off and order a large loopy fry with garlic and parmesan seasoning. I pay and stand off to the side but notice she was making it rather fast. I didn't see or hear the fryer door open. She makes me food in about two minutes and hands me a bag that isn't even warm like it usually is. I don't question it and proceed to sit somewhere. Upon opening the bag, I see my fries that weren't loopy (it's a $1.50 up-charge for fries that aren't normal) and were soggy and lukewarm. I think she just bagged up an old order that was never picked up and served it to me since she couldn't have been bothered to do her job correctly. Either way, I didn't argue and simply took the fries home to do the job myself. Thank god I have an air fryer at home!

Apparently this is the only way they can cook sweet potato fries because of the machine. You can taste the burnt. Unable to eat. Service was bad too.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I hope the management and owner of this place is reading the reviews. Terrible fries and even terrible customer service. We came and waited in line. It looks like it was shift change and the two young ladies who were making the order didn't acknowledge any customers in line, she was busy separating the tips and not once did she look up to acknowledge us who was waiting patiently. The two ladies left and came two guys. He took our order and he politely said, there will be a 10 min wait for the fries. 10 min wasn't too long of a wait but very disappointed with the fries. We ordered large garlic and Parmesan and large sour cream & onion and the sour cream and onion was cold and there were pieces of uncooked fries. The fries weren't the normal fries I had come to like about potato corner. These were soggy like it was packed when it got cooked and didn't cook evenly. I went back to the counter and showed the guy the uncooked fries and he apologize and offered to get us another fries. I took his offer and still came up not cooked evenly. We decided to not eat the two large soggy fries. Very disappointing. Feel bad for the owners of this place as it looks like the fries isn't good and the service is terrible. Kudos to the guy who helped us but the two Ladies at change of shift should not be working here at all.

Something has been wrong the last four different occasions I’ve been here and Im so sad and disappointed! Just today their fryer broke, last time they ran out of sour cream and onion, the time before they ran out of fries, and the time before that their fryer was broken again. I love their fries but so disappointed that I can’t seem to order any from this place!

I came here expecting to have their usual tasty fries but ended up disappointed. They were out of both the sour cream & onion and the garlic parmesan.l seasonings.Mega (medium) fries [$6 96]: fresh and crisp but just plain Jane, as I could go to any fast food restaurant for similar quality and pay less. Service was decent, but they need to turn on their LCD menu. I don't even know if they serve anything else besides standard fries.
