Overall extremely disappointed in our dinner out tonight. My intent with this review is to bring awareness to the staff to improve the dining experience they provide to their guests. You are being paid (and tipped) to preform a service, so do it. From the gate, the hostesses didn’t take our name when we arrived even though there was a short wait. When we were sat (by management) no one delivered silverware, drinks were not refilled, bottomless items were not serviced, and nothing was cleared from the table when it was clearly overflowing. I understand being busy and I understand being understaffed but that was not the case tonight. Having to wait is expected, but having to request OFFERED services is not.At the end of it, it’s the staffs lack of training and lack of work ethic. Walking to the bathroom, there were 6, SIX, employees standing around the doorway holding non work related conversation. There was consistently more than 2 employees standing next to the hostess table or to go (in ADDITION to the people assigned to station) carrying conversation. Bussers were complaining to severs (who were clearly stacked with tables) about not cleaning up enough. It’s upsetting how no one was corrected, and honestly I don’t think ever taught, how to conduct themselves in a work environment. As someone in their early 20’s who has worked in the food industry, you can do better.

We've been repeat offenders to this establishment for a decade or so. The foods usually consistent but, sometimes you have to ask for fresh fries because about 40% of the time the fires seem to be reheated or refried. I've been a fan of the chicken salad, as the chicken breast is outstanding, as is the greens. Wifey likes the whiskey river burger and the drinks, staff and facility are very nice

I never leave a one star, even if I feel like maybe a place deserves it but this DEFINITELY needs to be known... I've been here a few times and I always have enjoyed it, however, last night (Feb 29), we (my disabled son, partner and myself) were sitting in the bar area being served by the bartender/waitress.. My son's impulsive and tried ordering for himself (like he does but needs help with), in my attempt to assist him, the waitress cut me off, ignored me completely and placed an inappropriate order that I tried to avoid.. Then, was very rude to me the entire time (placing my food/drink clear across the table from me, giving everyone else their food way ahead of mine, etc).... I asked for my burger well done, it wasn't, so I asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't... I left so upset, confused and honestly just plain sad! Thankfully, she didn't charge for it so that was cool I guess. . . But the service, food and attitude were down right inappropriate, rude and unprofessional.... I don't think I'll ever go back.
