I Own a Philly cheesesteak place downtown so I wanted to try this place out. First off the staff is amazing and friendly. Very welcoming. Right when you walk in you see the smiling employees and you can tell this is a family establishment. The hot pastrami was one of the best I’ve ever had. I love supporting businesses like this. 10/10. Thank you Kelly!

I am really bummed out to have to give such a bad review seeing as how many people see my reviews but.... I am really disappointed with rockin Jenny's subs I have been wanting them go here for a minute now and finally did today and I am sorry to say this place isn't that good I got an Italian sub and it's dripping with mustard and mayonnaise.. like dripping not sure if my order upset someone or what but you could dress 4 sandwiches with what I got mustard is a very strong condiment and should be used sparingly not overwhelmingly too bad had high hopes for Jenny's subs probably won't go back

The pink unicorn actually exists!What I mean by that is an incomparable experience I had at this deli. I walk in during a fairly busy lunch hour and the owner Jenny greets me at the door, she's a very friendly lady. Helped us look at the menu and a little friendly chit-chat.I had modest expectations since most sandwich shops in San Diego aren't good at all. I came to find out the owner Jenny grew up in Connecticut where there are amazing deli's everywhere. So now I'm thinking maybe there's a possibility for a good meal but we're still in San Diego County so my expectations are still minimal.My friend and I decided to split the big hot pastrami sandwich and it was so so so good! I said to my friend "that might be the best sandwich I ever ate". Seriously, it was that good. The only other deli in San Diego County that even comes close to this is Poma's in Ocean Beach but this place is probably better.This place is amazing, a sandwich truly comparable to what you'd get in New York or Connecticut. Congrats Jenny on 30 years in business, hopefully this place will be around for another 30. I'll be back for a "meatball wedge" soon!

Pretty awesome. I search out sandwich places wherever I go. This one was good there was at least a 10 person line, but it went very quick, same with delivery. Bread is awesome, had the famous turkey and its pretty good.Great

This place is amazing. While visiting from Texas, we stopped in to have a quick dinner. OMG...went back two more times before we left. Be sure to try the Mafia Marrarige Grinder...life changing. Bon appetite.

Bomb!! Amazing sandwich with a lot of flavor! The bred loaf/roll is cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and worm and soft on the inside ?! Fun atmosphere! Definitely coming back!
