One of the worst pizzas I've tasted in my life, the dough is super bad, it looks like soaked bread (as if it had just been defrosted), raw and chewy, the cold tomato sauce, it would lift the piece of pizza and all the ingredients of the bread and sauce would fall out. high price for what it is. They delivered the pizza burnt and cold ///One of the worst pizzas I've ever tasted, the dough is super bad, it looks like soaked bread (as if it had just been thawed), raw and chewy, the cold tomato sauce, it would lift the piece of pizza and all the ingredients of the bread and the high price for what it is. The bad reviews seem to be from prior management. The current management can be a little slow but the food is great for the price and environment (remember, if you want restaurant quality food, go to a restaurant). My favorite thing to get is a stromboli and pairing it with watermelon juice from the fruit drink stand located one floor below.

Food: 3.5/5Service and Setting: 3/5Value: 2.5/5I don’t know a single person who says that they are craving Sbarro, but we all give it a second glance when we enter the food court. Remembering that my chunky uncle always ate Sbarro when we went to the mall, I decided to give them a shot and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are all reheated in the oven when you order and they even reheat precooked noodles when you buy spaghetti. The prices were pretty high for what you get but the service was friendly and speedy.Stuffed Broccoli and Spinach Pizza: 4/5I always see this pizza but never see anyone get it. Even on the Sbarro website, they don’t list it. Very odd. This pizza is stuffed with cheese, I believe mozzarella and ricotta, and has spinach and tender broccoli. The flavor is very mild and the broccoli is definitely the main thing that you taste. The top crust has a lovely, almost fried texture, and because the pizza is so mild, you can really taste the pop of sesame seeds. I really enjoyed this and would get it again if I ever had a craving for Sbarro.Spaghetti and Meatballs: 2.5/5 The noodles were very soft, but not quite mushy. I personally like softer noodles so the texture was passible for me, but I can see how this would be a bad experience for others. The meatballs on the other hand were quite good and for a lack of better terms, meaty. They were also moist and had a tender texture, but flavor wise, perhaps a step down from somewhere like Olive Garden. Because the noodles are warmed in a water bath before serving, there is a soupy mess at the bottom of the bowl. The sauce is on the more acidic side and has a texture akin to crushed tomatoes out of the can. The flavor is not memorable, but surprisingly not diluted even with the inclusion of stray pasta water.Potatoes: 2.5/5Again, another item not listed on Sbarro’s website, but something I see every time I check out the steam table. They look flavorful but in reality, taste like plain boiled potatoes. If you are feeling in a potato mood, these would definitely satisfy that craving, but I still wonder why they have potatoes as a side.Breadstick: 3/5This came with my combo and it was good. A smidge dry, but has all the savory seasonings you would come to expect from an Italian American restaurant.

I was ignored by your employee today a young Hispanic girl she walked away and left me standing at the counter she was in the back talking to another lady she cared more about catching up with her friend than helping a customer. It was very unprofessional and flat out rude she did not come out until I left when I was half way down the food court is when she decided to go back to her register. Some people just don't like to work anymore I felt very discriminated this happened today around 1pm

Very bad customer service. First the cook was also the cashier so he ignored the line while he was making the pizza's also he was a foreigner and he had a hard time understanding us and we had a hard understanding him I believe he even spoke to us in Russian. But it's not all his fault there was another employee a female that hid in the back and just left the poor guy up there all by himself. 1 star because I waited forever and that's Sbarros bad

I have a shop in the mall, i eat like 2 maybe 3 days a week at work, tried their pizza for like 2 months at least once a week, food quality is so bad, pizza is not cooked, toppings are falling of the dough, they went downhill and nobody controls the food quality

Ate here for 12 dollars and the food was disgusting. I ordered some pasta and it had zero flavor and wasn't even warm. I would definitely recommend not going here, as there are much better options in the area. The food looked good, but had zero taste and was a complete waste of money and my calories.

Date of visit: November 20, 2021 It was late evening, and I needed something to tide me over before picking up my mom and her friends from a conference they were attending earlier in the day. Sbarro thankfully was still taking orders - and since it had been a long time since I'd attended the food court staple, figured I was due for some pizza. For $9, I got a combo of two slices (one supreme, one veggie) and a fountain drink. Since it was late in the evening, the folks manning the counter upgraded my drink to a large for free = score! Too bad that my bonus would be the only highlight of the visit; although they'd warmed my pizza, the supreme (and the veggie - which I had the following morning for breakfast) wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. Even adding some parmesan and red pepper didn't help matters much; at least the pizza slice is pretty large and filling, so that helped fill me up. If anything, there is a variety of slices to choose from, Sbarro still have the strombolis, and the price point is relatively affordable for the North County Fair food court. Solid if unspectacular option when looking for a place to eat in the area.
