My family ate 2 of our dozen bagels before finding this blueberry bagel with a chunk of hair baked on to the top of it. There was more of it on the other side as pictured. Really grossed me out. A few other reviews discussed food safety issues and I should’ve listened to them :/

Nice little bagel shop, couple of people dining inside, two ladies working one making sandwiches and the other young lady helping customer and helping with orders. Service was fast and food was delicious, bagel was toasted perfectly. Lunch meat was cold and tomato and lettuce was crispParking: Share parking with other shops

This place has the absolute best bagels I've ever had in my life, no joke!! It was hard to find a quality local bagel place near my work and is this place is a gem. The staff is amazing too! There is not a day that I am in Escondido for work that I do not stop and get my favorite bagel place. Yummmmmm!!!

I got the sunrise bagel with sausage on a jalapeño cheese bagel. I paid extra to add green onion cream cheese. It was great! They have a lot of outdoor seating, which I enjoyed.

Closed early before 1:00 pm despite their listed hours being until 1:30 on their store sign and being 2:00 pm on their online posted hours and on Apple Maps/Google Maps. Please adjust your hours to be accurate and prevent disappointment.

Alright I've be here about a dozen times and it has always been good. But this last visit I was served rancid bad turkey in my bagel sandwich. I noticed after I ate the first half of the bagel it tasted funny so I inspected it and it smelled rotten. My wife owns a Bagel Cafe so we know what turkey smells like. When we politely complained to the staff, they made nasty remarks in spanish and said we were crazy. The owner as well denied everything stating he had just cut the turkey. Now my issue is not that they sold me a sandwich with bad meat, it happens! My problem was their reaction when I informed them of the situation and their nasty attitude. All they had to do was give me another sandwich or return a portion of my money they were reluctant to do neither. Bad employees and bad owner. Be careful with this place! They can get you sick and the owner will deny everything.

I love to go to this bagel store when I want my back east, FL style bagel. I grew up on bagels in south FL and this is the closest thing. They are always generous with the cream cheese. The owner is funny and cool. One time I went in asking to buy a gift certificate and the help said they didn't have any, but later I learned that they do! Love eating here. Please continue support small, local business like this!
My tuna salad on everything bagel was delish! And the service was wonderful!Thank you Sebastian! I brought back the bagels you gave me back to KC and ate it with my coffee!! See you next time we come around to Escondido!!

Placed and paid for order today online. Drove 25 minutes to pick up. Was supposed to pickup between 1:30 and 1:55. Was at store at 1:40 store was closed.

I'm from the east coast and lived in New York, New Jersey. Unfortunately these are flavorless, no chew texture and didn't like at all. The original owner did great, don't know what they did to the recipe...won't be back sadly.

Been going to this deli for years as well as my mom. I get my birthday breakfast/bagel here every year. The owner is awesome, the employees are awesome, food is awesome. At this point I just walk in and they tell me my order before I tell them Haha! But seriously if you ever wanna support another business or try a new place out, go here. I could literally eat tubs of their cream cheese. Everything is so good and I always make sure I never miss a tip with these employees.
