Stopped here a year prior while in San Diego for a wedding. Gave them 1 star then for their terrible service. Stopped in again while in town visiting family hoping my last visit was a one-off. Well they lived up to my previous visit and all the 1star reviews. Who ever the regional or store manager is, they all need to be fired. Bunch of miserable people with bad attitudes working there. Like my previous visit, since it took 20 minutes to get a straight cup of coffee, I just observed the miserable staff members in action. They didn't acknowledge a single person that came through the doors. They talked to the customers like they were POS. They had six oxygen thiefs working and a seventh one running trash and the service still sucked. Easily the worst starbucks I have visited in the country including Canada. I don't know why they all just don't quit if they hate their miserable useless life's.

It's as good as any Starbucks, but since they give priority to the drivethru, the service can be a bit slow.

So, this is probably the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks to date.The bathrooms are locked, first off... It's not that different for anywhere in Escondido, but it's really unfortunate for customers just trying to have a good time.Ordered the Americano as I usually do, with cream on the side. Was charged $0.70 cents just for the cream. I wasn't supposed to be charged for that. Cream used to be free by the counter.On top of this, the coffee was watery, and when I asked about that, if they could make it stronger, they just passed it back to me the same way.If you want to spend time on your laptop, they do good to discourage that— all outlets are covered.Really, don't spend your money here, or even bother. Please let this be a warning.

Worst Starbucks in Escondido. Not all the workers are bad but there are a few that have bad attitudes which is funny considering they want tips. I tried to go back but they consistently make the drinks watered down and bitter and if you ask them to remake it you’ll get attitude and a drink that’s even worse than the 1st one. Good luck.

What's the point of having a drive thru if it is never open?? I get being understaffed. But this is happening multiple times a month. Or, the store itself closes early. Managers, hire some people!Baristas are always nice and drinks are great when they're open.

I have two little girls who and until today, when I have gone to Starbucks, they’d split their drinks between two cups. This one refuses to do that as of today and is closed randomly during the day and gets our orders wrong. I had continued to go because of the split drinks, but now I’ll start going to one of the coffee places on Grand. It’s unfortunate because its a convenient drive thru for me.

One of the worst Starbucks in Escondido. The drive thru line tales FOREVER! Spent like 30 minutes just for 2 drinks, with only 3 cars in front of me!!

The food is good but didn't warm it up. The service is horrible on my drive thru right now at 8:55 am. The lady didn't know what she is doing. She gave me the wrong drink and then forgot my food and then proceeded to give me a non warmed food. The ambiance is clean. They need to train their staff better it's super annoying taking 20 min in a drive thru as she doesn't know why she is doing and then after all that waiting almost got my order wrong and forgot to give me my food.

If you are looking to maybe work here, DON'T. The current management is absolutely atrocious, they will fire you over the smallest thing, and the pressure from management is choking. Employees are leaving left and right because of the pressure from Nomi. I got a warning for "taking too long in the bathroom," so I started TIMING MYSELF to make sure I wasn't taking too long, then I got WRITTEN UP for it. I got so stressed out anytime I went to the bathroom and sometimes I straight up just didn't go when I needed too. In the same write up, I got dinged for "taking too long on breaks," when I would over stay by one to two minutes, and also I have time blindness due to my ADHD. I got written up for calling out too much when I was calling out because I was in a major depressive episode (I have bipolar.) At one point towards the end of my employment there, I would wake up every morning and consider calling out due to how depressed I was, but since I got written up for it previously, I didn't. Everyday was torture at that point. There were days where I contemplated suicide due to the stress from the pressure I was facing from Nomi at this store. I would fantasize about turning the wheel of my car into oncoming traffic, just as an excuse to not go in that day and/or to kill or maim myself. The only thing keeping my going towards the end of my employment there was Joe. He is a wonderful shift lead and a wonderful employee. When I got fired (texted opening manager to call out instead of calling the store, which I didn't do because the store wasn't open and I was about to get on a plane back to the States, and I wanted to give them as much as a heads up as possible) it felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I was so much happier. If you are a customer, go somewhere else. This store does not deserve your money. And to any potential employees, look somewhere else, you will be miserable here.

Coffee is not fresh super disappointed I didn’t pay for old coffee make sure you check your staff and let them do there job correctly.Won’t be coming here again.
