Was given an attitude for ordering a drink but a woman employee with glasses and dark makeup on then asked for salted Caramel cold foam and wasn't told they didn't have it until after I paid the upcharge fee for cold foam & was given an attitude about that as well like I had something to do with it. It was on 12/26 around 6P

Saturday dec/23 23 around 7:30am I need my coffe morning, I said GOOD MORNING and the lady in the counter don’t answer and when she come to the register I said HELLO and she don’t answer! I was surprised ? I talk with her I said good morning and I said hello why you don’t answer, you need doin better in a customer service if you don’t like your job don’t work here! I’m don’t order! I went to Panera bread! I’m done!

3 out of 5 of our drinks were wrong and they asked three times if we wanted whipped cream….we said no and they still put loads of it on. I have been to so many Starbucks and this is on the bottom.
