Went here for my first ever Subway sandwich. I was kind of nervous becaue I did not know what to order, so Itold the employee and she was kindly recommend what kind of meat, bread, everything on the menu to me. I got mine extra meat ham and Steak and avocado add on and i like mine not too crunchy and she made it perfectly!Good food and excellent customer service. Will come back. Horrible service and cut corners tok much, my samdwich had 10 little chicken pieces for a taryaki sandwich, wayy better at tge locatiin by Ralphs

Ordered a sub and then called to ask where was when we came in and it wasn’t there, they told me I could come pick it up tomorrow???

We went to this location to eat for dinner after work. while we approached the counter where you pick your toppings one of the workers Tasha immediately gave us a dirty look. I ordered what sandwich I wanted and then she asked "what bread do you want?" in very rude tone. She was also being rude to other customers who were ordering. Her customer service was overall very rude.

The food was alright and the employees seem nice but they purposely overcharge you for your food. I ordered a ham footlong cold because they charge a tax to toast it. The male employee asked me if I ordered the turkey and I corrected him that I did not because the turkey cost more than the ham. He ended up charging me for the turkey toasted even after I had corrected him. I do not trust this place and will not return, I suggest others do not either or make sure they charge you for what you asked.

The food is fine, I just don't understand why the sign on the door says you open at 7am on Saturday and the employee tells you they open at 8. I'm glad the website says 8, but you need to change the hours on the door.

Sandwiches were yummy but I had to go inside and wait for my "at curb" delivery! Workers were working hard, people in line, I saw my 3 foot longs on counter and informed worker these were mine. She said "curb pickup" lol...I said yes, showed my phone acknowledgement and left.

Employee decided to close 22 minutes early. Since when do employees decide when a national chain store closes? Guess they have profit sharing.*edit: after reading the other reviews and experiencing it myself, this is a SCOFFLAW SUBWAY! Where employees don’t adhere to Corporate Standard of Operation and close up shop whenever they want to! Bet this Frachaisee also owns the Subway on Mission Rd too.Both locations ARE A JOKE.Dear Corporate Subway,WAKE UP! Whose in charge of customer retention? Heck! Went in and every table was dirty and they had no customers. Then went in to us the restroom and it was horrible looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and there was no soap to wash your hands. I told the girl and she seemed confused. She did go in to clean it.

I attempted to order online for the 15% discount. When I tried to order, I discovered that, with the discount, I was being charged over twice the cost of the sandwich. The email advertisements do not mention the more than $10 worth of service AND delivery fees. Then they add a 15% tip. My 7.49 sub was being charged nearly $17. That's fraud. I informed Subway of the problem and received a robotic response that someone would contact me. Naturally, they did not respond. Why would anyone order online from Subway? It's a scam.

The worst sandwich place in the area. Angel is incredibly stingy with the veggies and meat. The other day he put 3 pieces of onion my sandwich. He is always in a bad mood and is incredibly rude. Safe to say I will no longer come to this Subway.
