In my experience so far one of the worst Subways nationwide. My sub was so depressed I felt bad for it. Moody staff, didn't expect that.. put their emotions into food, so dramatic for after work meal.Normal few years ago, avoiding now for good. If you dont have Penn Station or Jersey Mikes=Del Lago Subway near 15 is 100% higher quality food, portions, fast, and staff way better trained compared to this one.Parking: Popular restaurant nearby, spaces are tight

This place has gone down hill since the owner passed and his sister took over…the help sucks and I get less for your money I will drive to the other ones before I come back to this one which is 2 minutes from

Awful customer service....Went to pick up an order that I placed in the app and come to to find out that they never received order. Employee told me that they couldn't do anything about it until they receive order, so I asked to speak to the manager, as soon as the manager came out he came out with a bad attitude and told me that he couldn't anything because they didn't received order, I showed them the order on the app and explained to him that they had already charged me for it and he told me that he didn't know anything about the app and he couldn't do anything so I asked him not to yell at me because I wasn't yelling, I asked him to tell me what we could do and he said that he couldn't do anything and ignored me and started to take care of another client. I would not recommend this subway. very disappointed...this is the one by Vallarta's in East Valley Parkway

Very poor customer service. Armando I believe the guys name was, very poor service. He was in the middle of making 2 of my sandwiches and decided to stop and help someone else and argued about the persons pick up ordered.

Bad costumer service. I haven't been to Subway in a while and I asked the dude helping me what type of bread they have and he was already bothered. I also asked for the type of cheese and he literally told me "It's right there". I was the only one in the store and he just seemed bothered. I said " have a good day, thank you" he just walked away. Y'all need better employees with good costumer service. I rather take my business and drive by the subway by target

absolutely disgusting. i ordered the same sandwich twice, the first time getting a refund because there was nothing but tuna on the sandwich, i order again and they do THE SAME THING. i ordered enough toppings where it was impossible to miss. there was cheese meant to be on there too! i’m absolutely appalled. i had to call them TEN TIMES before they responded. this is the worst subway i’ve ever been so unfortunate to buy from.

Terrible customer service!! Hispanic young dude did not seem to want to work today. I greeted him with a hello as I walked and zero response. Sandwich was only okay but I'm not blaming him for that. And I said thank you as I walked out didn't get any response from him again and no thank you from him. I just hope he doesn't go home and beat his dog. Management could do tons better than that employee. I definitely won't be back to that store

Awful customer service. I ordered through the app and picked my combo meal with a bottle drink and the manager accused me of not ordering right very loudly in front of other people . I even showed him on my app and he still blamed me and said I should have left a special comment. Tried to reach out to the district manager and she couldn't be bother to return my call awful

Today is Friday January 27, 2023. It's 10:15pm and the front doors are locked. Everywhere online it says you close at 11pm. Why not change hours on here and google to avoid people going out of their way, waste gas, only to be super disappointed. Do better subway.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to… Bitter employees on all days and shifts. Yes I went back, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. But, the staff was different, the the service was horrendous and the Subway sandwich was just as bad. Not up to Subway standards. Close this store now and quit dragging the Subway name and franchise down into the gutter please.
