Did dine in in the morning, after suffering bad experiences at 2 nearby restaurants and leaving.Glad subway came through for me. Got a subway club. All ingredients were fresh. the store was clean. Staff were friendly and quick.

Very disappointed. I've ordered multiple times from this location, and only recently have gotten poor quality. This morning I was dissatisfied enough to call in and ask who made the sandwich, and let them know it was completely a mess. The sandwich wasn't wrapped properly, had part of it showing, right out of bag. The sauce was in the middle of my sandwich, not on the bread. The amount of shredded cheese on it could have fed an army. I found a piece of a different random cheese in the middle, not asked for. When I called and talked to Claudia, I believe his name was, the person who made it, he said that he was looking at my order on the screen and "none of that was specified in the instructions" Carmel Mountain and Felicita are great! not sure why this one is struggling.

Ok - odd that I am pausing my day to write a review for Subway - but Wow! This Sandwich maker can multi task, put the right amount of everything on the sandwich, be professional, fast and return a clean looking sandwich. And the food is great! Well done.

Beyond slow. I feel like if you're the only one working you can wait on 2 guests at once. If you come in to work and 1 person is making 2 sandwiches, you can ask to help. When the price of the advertised sandwich has gone up 300% I would also take care to give the guest what they asked for for add ons. Literally the only reason I tipped was because its the holidays. I considered not tipping. BTW no one likes the new advertised sandwiches. If you used Mayo I stead of Aoli I can guarantee you'd have more ppl like it, but no on that one too.

Usually have one person working, took 20 minutes to get a sandwich last time. Employees are usually pretty nice though
Subway is Subway so the food quality is pretty much the same anywhere. The difference here is how awful the employees are. I needed to order 2 sandwiches but I wanted to have them made one after the other because of the complexity. The woman wouldn't allow it. I either had to have both made together or only get 1. This makes no sense and there weren't even other customers. What sense does this make? I just didn't want the wrong things put on one of the sandwiches. Anyway I walked out with only one sandwich and went to Starbucks for another.
