I enjoyed the food, very good quality sushi. Nothing to really rave about. The service was basic, nothing to rave about either. Kind just a underwhelming experience over all. The server was also just kinda rude especially at the end, probably won't go back due to service. However the food is definitely worth trying, maybe just a different time of day.

We used to use Sushi Yama alot. On March 26 we ordered Sushi through Uber. We were disappointed in the poor quality of the food. We would suggest Ai Sushi & Teriyaki, Akita, or even Sprouts as a betteralternative. We will not be using Sushi Yama sgain.

I usually have nothing bad to say about this place and been going here for years. Today I walked and and the service staff brought me a menu. They never ask for drinks and I sat waiting for staff to come over and take my order. Five minutes later another couple where seated and there order was immediately. My girl and left for another place to eat. Its time to find a different place to enjoy sushi.

I don't usually like sushi but the awesome staff at Sushi Yama took great care of me. Knowledgeable and understanding of my allergies, they directed me towards the perfect meal. Everything tasted amazing and I can for sure say I'll be going back!

I recently dined at Sushi Yama, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unfriendly and dismissive behavior from the waitress. Despite my attempts to engage politely, her attitude remained consistently brusque throughout the meal. What was even more disheartening was encountering similar rudeness from the owner when I raised my concerns about the service. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, the owner was defensive and dismissive, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. While the food may have been passable, the appalling lack of hospitality overshadowed any culinary merits. It's regrettable that such behavior tarnishes what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I won't be returning to Sushi Yama, and I can not recommend it to others until significant improvements are made in customer service.
