A super friendly place with excellent food. They have nice vegetarian choices. the gentleman at the counter cheerfully answered all my questions about their menu as I am a Japanese food newbie. Portion size is good and the prices are very reasonable ( seem to be pre-covid prices). I got their Veggie roll, California roll, Veggie Tempura and Miso Soup. The food tasted fresh and delicious. It was very nicely packed in a cardboard box and the owner carried the box to my car as my hands were occupied. They take credit cards now. Their opening hours are shorter than the usual restaurant so call to make sure they are open.

This is hands-down one of the best tasting sushi’s if you’re looking for just your classic rolls amazing flavor always consistent and they are very nice. I highly suggest Tokyo express especially for the sushi we get the Philadelphia rolls here almost daily they are amazing.

This was an unexpected stop we did. When you walk in its not much to look at. In fact it may make you turn around but I definitely recommend taking the time to try them out. The pricing for the food is amazing. Sushi between 5 to 10 dollars for 9 rolls. They were well made and the portions were amazing. We had the Fuji rolls, shrimp tempura, and the Philadelphia. We also order the bento chicken teriyaki. It brought a really tasty sweet and vinegar cucumber, rice with sesamine seed on it, California rolls and the teriyaki. The host who is also the cashier lady was super friendly. Very attentive. Always came up to see if we needed anything else. She added no extra charge 2 miso soup for us which was super nice of her considering we had our son with us. Only complain I can really have is that the amount of rice they give does over power the meal. That's it. Aside from not looking like a 5 start restaurant the service plus meal was sure great.

My friend always talks about this place. Then he showed up with the biggest bento box I've ever seen. He got the Ramen. True Japanese food with large portions.

There was a man sleeping with his head in the counter by the register. They don't take card or have an ATM. I ordered fried rice for 8.95, and a philly till for 5 dollars with no drink and the cashier told me $22.95 so I asked how and pointed at the items on the menu and her answer remained the same. I almost just gave in and said ok because I already went to the ATM next door to get the cash however I saw the chef in the pack microwaving my "fried rice"

The spots really good for small amounts of sushi it's a lot of rice not very much seafood if any I'm pretty sure it's imitation some of it. They seem to have very very weird hours they even say they close at four it's 345 and they already closed I drove all the way down here for nothing. It's kind of weird how they run this place if they put a little more effort I'm sure they can make some more money.
The food was disgusting. I asked for a crunchy roll and they gave me a disgusting mess that was not a crunchy roll. Also ordered teryaki chicken. It was gross too. I threw most of it away and I hate to waste food.

File under excellent customer service: Yesterday I went to get some sushi to go. The cashier noticed I arrived on a motorcycle and asked if I wanted a box to transport my food. She showed me the box and it was clearly too large to fit in my side bag. The sushi chef heard this and immediately made a bee line for the front door. She was eyeballing my bike to make sure my food was packaged with my size limitation in mind. Success! And I didn't have to find out how well sushi survives being bungee corded onto the back of a Harley in the hot sun. Good food too!

I respect this spot! They offer top notch suppers, they have a pleasant menu, The culinary specialist in that eatery is prepared, I like a ton tasting every one of their dishes. The dishes are in every case crisp and scrumptious, the frame of mind towards the visitors is decent. I regularly go to this spot and I was rarely disillusioned. I enthusiastically prescribe it.
