i want to like this pizza. really I do, but it is way too overcooked. this is one of those places that had me fantasizing about going in the kitchen and helping to turn out a proper product. feels like a lost opportunity. The staff is super friendñy, but the product that is their namesake leaves much to be desired.

Nice place, just a little too open and impersonal feeling to it.

Won't be coming back to Tony Pepperonis anytime soon. Tried to eat here with my wife and kids on consecutive Fridays. The first time was about 7:15. There was a band playing and it was fairly busy. I got in line to order while my wife looked for a table. There were none. We weren't about to oder food if we weren't going to have anywhere to sit and eat it. We left. Came back the following Friday much earlier, 4:45. Not nearly as busy. The bar area was kind of full but only 4 or 5 tables were occupied. Same routine, I got in line with the kids while my wife looked for a seat. She comes back and says there are no open tables. What? I could see a bunch of open tables. She tells me they all have reserved signs on them. She then goes to find a manager. When she speaks to the manager he tells her sorry we are a first come first served establishment. When she asks about all the reserved tables he tells her the table by the door is open. She foes to that table, reserved. When she askes the manager about that he says, "Oh yeah". If you'd rather prioritize customers that may show up at some point in the future over customers who want to order and pay now at your "first come first served" establishment, that's fine but we won't be back!

The pizza is great and the salads are big! They have a nice bar area with lots of options. Very kid friendly. My only complaint would be the games are always broken. But a great place. We will be back!!

Food is delicious. Ambience is chill. Service: the people after me received the food before me. I wasn't served my food until after I approached one the servers. Also, is it normal to not receive a receipt?

The food is good. Sandwiches are excellent, but a tad pricy. My only complaint is there was no AC and it was a hot day, my last visit.Rancho Bernardo store does not open till 3:00 pm. No hours on the door.... nothing. That sucked because i was really looking forward to their Italian sandwich.
