My family and I went to Vintana for a birthday dinner. The food and service were wonderful! I ordered the Seaside, my husband ordered the ahi tuna and my kids ordered from the kids menu, all of which were delicious. There was a good amount of seafood in the Seaside and definitely enough for left overs. Our original reservations were for outside, but due to the rain the server called and said they’re moving our reservations inside which was perfect.The servers were so attentive and friendly. The servers even sign a birthday card which is very thoughtful. Vintana never disappoints which is why we will dine again there soon.

My wife and I went here for our 11th wedding anniversary. We had really good luck with our anniversary dinner outings in the past. Although I gave this 3 stars, I would give it 3.75 stars if that was a choice. The ambiance and service were top notch. Everyone was happy and seemed to enjoy their job, which is a good sign when eating at a nice restaurant. The food however, could use a little more work We started off with oysters and calamari. Both were amazing and I wish I could have had more. If we would have stopped there, I would have given it 5 stars. However, I ordered a New York steak and it was by far the worst steak I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Ordered it medium rare, but it came out dry and very very well done. I was only able to eat a quarter of the steak. Way too chewy and not worth wasting my time on. I would definitely stay away from their steaks. After the entree, we ordered the mud pie. It was basically a hunk of ice that had espresso flavor mixed in. Would avoid this as well. I would not discourage someone from eating here, but I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. My mother once told me, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." I'm ashamed, because I definitely let my mother down. The food was definitely not what I expected. For the price, everything should be at least good if not great.

Anytime they have a concert at The Centre's rooftop, adjacent to Vintana, you'll find me there. Much more enjoyable than a crowded indoor venue. I'm not much of a foodie, but when I've eaten at Vintana, the meal and drink were wonderful.

Review Typically, I have never been the type of person who writes reviews, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to rave about the amazing experience my husband of 34 years and I shared at Vintana for our anniversary. We are considered regulars at Vintana and are always happy with the service, food, and experience provided, but our most recent visit there still blows me away days later thinking about it, and it is one of the most memorable days we've shared in our marriage together. There is always an atmosphere of joy throughout the restaurant with happy guests enjoying their time together in this beautiful environment. Just simply walking in will boost your spirits, and we were happy to be celebrating our anniversary there. We were then seated at a booth looking out of the wide windows at the sunset, and because it was a special occasion, the table had been gorgeously decorated by Sara with red rose petals forming a heart on the white linen cloth. It immediately made us feel so special, welcomed, and loved by the staff. The service provided by our server Arron was impeccable, always ensuring we had everything we needed without having to ask for a thing. The food prepared by Chef Peter was second to none, with the food delectable, the presentation elegant, and the vibe being very reminiscent of our visits to Napa. Every course was gourmet with all the flavors we love and enjoy, and we were simply blown away by Peter's skill, the pride he takes in his craft, and the perfection he put on the dishes he prepared specifically for us. Every single member of the staff is professional and eager to make time with them memorable, and I would be remiss not to mention Robert by name, who single handily ensured our evening was nothing short of perfection. This was truly the best evening my husband and I have shared in recent years, and we are endlessly grateful to have Vintana in our neighborhood. I want to thank the management team for all that they did, and for providing our community with an amazing restaurant to celebrate the special times in our lives. We can't thank you enough for making our anniversary so special and we're looking forward to many more wonderful memories at this incredible restaurant. Vintana is truly the best!

Excellent, creative food at the top spot to eat, literally, in North County (east side). We did the restaurant week menu and enjoyed it very much. Standouts were the beet hummus, filet steak, and bread. Ciapino was an excellent selection of fresh seafood. Fun desserts. Excellent place for celebrating.

The staff at Vintana are amazing, you'll always have excellent service. The side of Lobster Mac & Cheese is great for anyone picky (and is the size of a whole meal). It can be a bit noisy on the weekends when it is busy, but other than that the space is beautiful and perfect for nice family dinner or a work event. It's our go-to anniversary and haven't-seen-you-in-a-while restaurant, and I'm certain you will fall in love with it too.

Everything here is 5*. The service was warm and friendly. The hostess saw me looking, a little lost, she came to me to check me in. The seating is nice outside with cover or outside with view. Fire pits to keep warm on a chilly night. The food was great. Dessert could use some creativity.

So, I met my friend for Happy Hour since it is in the middle for both of us. We got the market salad and Brie to start along with some drinks, we assumed that we would get more food but it ended up that the portions were a good size. So the waiter asks us if we want anything else and I say yes I'd love a latte if they have them, he says yes and then leaves. Then he comes back and asked if we want anything else again, assuming he's talking to my friend since I already order a coffee that was on the way we say sure we'd like to see the dessert menu, he says great and then he comes back with the check. At this point we were dying laughing. The latte wasn't on the bill so I didn't even mention it we just paid and went to better buzz across the freeway. This may seem like a not 4 star experience but the food was great, the tables and fire pits are so pretty just maybe the staff was a little distracted at the end.

Absolutely gorgeous and most deliciously delightful experience. The staff are INCREDIBLY attentive and yet, leave so much room for the intimate experience. Recommendations, conversation, and ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPERIENCE. I have to say, we requested to sit by the fire pit on the balcony, first we were told it was closed, upon seating and being introduced to our lunch staff, they heard our request and immediately sprung into action to accommodate us. The atmosphere, service and food, all A+++, we will absolutely return to share in this 5 star experience again. So much gratitude for all of them, blessings upon blessings!
