Our Pretzels were Really awful! Cold with no flavor. Smelled like they had caught some over spray from some windex. I bought 3 for my kids and we ended up throwing them away. We also bought a lemonade, that seemed to be fine. 12/19/2022 @ about 8:30. Wouldn’t recommend ever. Disgusting!

Poor customer service, no one greets guests. Should all be fired. How to edit this to add how incompetent they are. Do not represent the companys values. Pretzels were good tho but did not make of for the lack of respect towards guests.

We normally but pretzels and they have been good but this time I bought 2 salted pretzel and dog bites. The dog bites were to soggy . Maybe need to go early during the day when they are fresh. I don’t recommend to go after 6:30 .

Though there was no line when I went, I know from experience that this store gets super busy so plan to jump in line when it looks short or be prepared to wait. The worker who helped me was very sweet and even coated my Cinnamon Bitz fresh. Sinful Cinnamon Wetzel Bitz with Jalapeño Cheese Pretzel Dip: 4.5/5 A friend of mine would always get this in college and I thought that she was nuts or pregnant. But guys, this freaking smacks. Straight gas. If you eat this with normal or pizza bitz, the sodium content is overbearing. The jalapeño cheese, while being rich and quite spicy, is insanely salty. I would say it is one step away from being as salty as salt, but that soft pillowy and sweet Wetzel Bit really compliments it well. You know how some savory foods have cinnamon as a spice and Korean hot dogs are covered in sugar? This has the same vibe and creates a phenomenal experience. I would also like to mention that this location butters and coats their Wetzel Bitz fresh and very fluffy. Literally the freshest bitz I have ever had!

Family and I weren't too hungry tonight, so instead of a typical dinner, we decided to order some pretzels and drinks and have it delivered via DoorDash. We ordered 10 items (7 food items & 3 drinks). Bag was sealed, so I know Dasher didn't take anything... we received ONE food item and ONE drink. For being as pricey as it is (not to mention $9.99 delivery fee) you can rest assured we won't be stopping by or ordering again. I can understand forgetting an item (or even two), but THE WHOLE ORDER was basically missing because of someone's carelessness and lacking of details. This place better get their stuff together or the only thing they'll really be lacking is customers.

They’d didn’t cook them right and they have there phone disconnected so I couldn’t call worst experience who will give people raw food nextime check when they are ready I keep calling and no one answers I’m so mad I want my money back or exchange them , I have to go back to the mall now thanks to you guys !!!

Rude customer service my boyfriend was asking a question to an employee and he got ignored and looked at as if he were crazy then the employee proceeded to walk away with no care of making a sale. This place is definitely off my list of places to try.
