Customer service is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. I called nicely to let workers know that my order was wrong and see if they could correct it and they argued with me that my order was correct. In the end they said they would make my order again but that they need the food back!? Ok, I gave the food back (untouched) and had to drive back. This isn’t the first time this happens this is our third time.. on my end I’ll make sure to check my order but in the end I shouldn’t have to and workers should not be so rude when I’m asking nicely.

I got insanely sick immediately after eating here. Ive been eating the same few “healthy” things at home everyday for a long time because of doctors orders and I go out for a cheat meal every once and a while. Anyways, my emergency bathroom breaks have finally become less frequent but I’ve had really bad stomach issues for nearly a week and it’s just finally subsiding. I cannot return to this place and the thought of eating wings makes me sick. Great service and all but their food handling and preparation needs to be checked.

Been coming to Wings n' Things (Epic Wings) for decades. Been to a lot of locations in the San Diego area. This location is definitely not your "finer" location as it is fairly old and run-down so we just order, pick up, and take home. However, in our opinion it is the BEST location. The food is hot, fresh, and always delicious. Yes their prices have gone up, but prices have gone up everywhere folks. This location is also the most generous with their portions. I have noticed employees congregating in the kitchen socializing and on their cell phones. However, they all must be great multi-taskers because we've had no issues with our orders or the timeliness of our orders. So long as everything stays clean, sanitary, and food is prepared safely.... they've got our business always!

This wings n things location is extremely inefficient. I ordered wings online during a buy one get one free deal they had, and once I arrived at the restaurant I waited for another 30 minutes just to get my food! The overall wait time from ordering online to reciveving my food was over an hour. The line in store was also long, and they were very short staffed. Additionally, the interior is very small with limited seating. Overall, I would never come here again.

I had ordered and people were coming in and out with there food while we had been waiting there for 25+ minutes and when i went up to ask she said she had forgotten about my order even though i had been sitting in there & two people were standing around doing nothing on their phones .

Jordan and Sebastian were outstanding and super professional. Came in last minute to order food and got a Cali creamer! Super bomb and fresh! The food was extremely delicious and tasty I will definitely come back with my friends and family. I greatly recommend this place to everyone! Sebastian and Jordan deserve a raise for going above and beyond!!!
