Went into the restaurant to order dinner and stood at the counter for 10 min and no one helped us or even acknowledged that we we’re there. Never going there again. Bad customer service!

BAD SERVICE!!! POOR SERVICE!! There's 4 of them and only 3 customers inside and 2 cars outside (yes I did verified that) service. Patiently waiting for 20mins and finally asked where's my order. I was skipped with 2 customers!!! Ridiculous!!! It was my 3rd time here and order takes forever.

Teriyaki salmon with mixed veggies and brown rice is delicious. The snotty teenager with an attitude problem at the window... lame. Thanks Luke for your irritating service.

This place is horrible. There's times they say they are open but the restaurant is fully closed with noone there. And one time my friend found hair in her food Don't recommend.

Please see my previous review about this same location but different issue. Today, I decided to give them a second chance and ordered online for curbside pickup. I figured this would avoid a repeat of my first issue... so I drove to the store, parked at the curbside pickup spot, and checked-in via the app. Wait was less than 5 minutes, the bag was sealed, and so I drove off. When I got home, I discovered that 2 items were missing! Gave the store a call and this heavily accented lady took my call. I explained my situation clearly (or so I thought): I told her that I did NOT want to go through the inconvenience of driving all the way back and to just refund me for the missing items. She responds by asking, "ok, well when do you want to pay up?" My brain stopped working and just repeated that I did not want to drive back to the store and to just refund me for the missing items. She responded with, "I know, so when you want to pay up?" So for a third time, I repeated myself (no driving back, just refund) and asked her what she meant by "paying up" since I already paid via app. She then said, "I mean when do you want to go get the missing items?" SO... clearly, she either did not understand me or refused to understand me. I was more than a little frustrated at this point and told her aggressively that I don't want the items anymore and to just give me a refund. That's when she said that they are unable to issue a refund because it was an online order. I have to either go back and pick up the items or just lose my money. I went back to the store to pick up my items coz I'm not about to waste money. I emailed corporate but it seems they don't return messages (read: they don't care). The second chance I gave them was spectacularly wasted! Never again.

Yoshinoya used to be my favorite teriyaki name 20 years ago until they changed recipes for chicken teriyaki bowl.

Ordered a "large beef" from the drive through, got a confirmation for the order and the receipt said "large beef" bowl. After 20 minutes, I got home and opened the container which was a "large beef with vegetables." If there is anything that looks and tastes like hot trash, it's Yoshinoya's vegetables. Called the store and spoke to the manager who rudely stated that he could not do anything since I didn't want to drive back. Threw out dinner and called corporate. It's been 4 weeks without a response.

Food is good.. But it takes forever in the drive through and it smells really bad inside. Like a rotten egg dog fart. And this last time they managed to not fit all the meat in the container. Seriously? How did this get past their employees?

The staff are downright rude, I was standing waiting to be served and the staff just totally ignoring me and there was one customer who was waiting there forever and told me that the computer is down without even the courtesy of letting me know. The staff sucks I feel they were force to work there. Frustrating!!!

I am delighted to find out the yoshiniya chain in the U.S. isn't shutting down like the ones in other parts of the world. Initially I was excited to find out they are now serving stir fry udon on the menu and we tried that today. It costs an extra $1 to sub udon for rice in all sizes of dishes even kids meal. The udon portions were small and super soggy. I don't think I will waste my $1 again. This location didn't serve orange chicken and tilapia so the selection was very limited, and their grill steak (cost an extra $1.50) wasn't not really steak, but rather more like beef stew and was very chewy. I might as well just order original beef without paying extra.

The drive thru took 30 mins to get one order. There was only 2 people in front of me. It took extremely long to be acknowledged. I do not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry and trying to go through the drive thru.

Since we lived in Japan for some time, we wanted to try it out. Not what we expected at all. Pretty much an offbrand Panda Express.
