5 stars 3 years ago, 3 stars now. Sat and ate my fish tacos with two loud flies on the window while my wife waited for the wrong pizza. I waited to eat with her but it took 15 minutes for her plate to show, and when it did it was wrong.
This place is “Special”! I’ve been to many great dining spots all over California and abroad but the tiny pioneer town of Etna in Northernmost California is Amazing! The decor, house made spirits, cocktails, food and staff are on another level. I don’t get up here often and now with my dads passing will be even less unfortunately, I absolutely Recommend it passionately! The menu and cocktails rotate constantly so every visit seems to be a new experience. Go here! Period!!

Great food, and great staff in a great town! The GM, Sarah and her staff made us feel like regulars on our first visit, will definitely be back whenever we are in Etna!
