2nd time in an Applebee's in my life & this experience will ensure there won't be a 3rd time. That being said, everyone was really friendly.

I visited Applebee's with some friends on a Saturday evening and tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The waitress was very kind and attentive, and our food was served quickly and tasted great. Everyone at the table had a fantastic time with no complaints. Overall, a wonderful dining experience at Applebee's!

Friendly staff, pretty standard Applebees food. Annoying that they add a 2% surcharge when paying with credit or debit cards. Should be disclosed on the menu. Taking off one star for that.

Last visit it was so cold inside the waiting staff wore jackets with a smile. Good variety to find something to like. Pretty much what you expect at an Applebee'sWheelchair accessibility: Good access to walkway. Good thresholds with big doorways.

I had the whiskey bbq burger and my wife had the nachos. Both of our meals were gross. The whiskey bbq sauce was thin and greasy and had a strange chemical taste. The nachos were limp and tasted like a cheap imitation of taco bell. The service was lousy. Why even offer unlimited refills on soft drinks if you never refill the drinks? What do I got to do to get a refill? chase down a server? Everything about Applebee's makes me sick to my stomach; the music, decorations, food, service, atmosphere and parking lot. I shan't be foolish enough to visit this dumpster fire ever again.
We had a party of 6 and the waitress was wonderful, helpful, she remembered everything..Parking: The parking was a bit dark not well lit. There were couple homeless people in back hanging out.

The service was bad and the people that was next to us was getting treated unfairly. it looked like there service towards them was horrible and the bar tender manager needs to be fired because they were races towards

We drove all day from Sacramento and stopped in for dinner with the kids. We were seated at a high top table in the bar area. We were given menus and then no one else ever came. Two other tables were seated, including the one next to us, and had their orders take while we still just sat there without even being offered drinks. The bartender looked at me several times, including when she took the order of the table next to us, but she continued to ignore us. After 30 minutes we left with hungry kids and went to the Mexican place down the street. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this location so I won't waste my time again.
