Glen was extremely informative and he has a huge heart. He really loves what he does. I am so thankful for his keto meals. I lost about 30 pounds in 45 days by eating only his meals and going to the gym. I used to go to the gym and not see results but now it's really effective
The food is amazing and filled with variety and most importantly, flavor. It is very obvious that only top of the line ingredients are being used here. The prices are very affordable and the meals are packaged conveniently to the point where I only have to throw them in the microwave and they are ready to eat. I had the stuffed peppers for dinner last night.? Flavorful. Good presentation. This is my 3rd meal from KETO Chef Meal Prep, all 3 have been excellent. I’ll be a returning regular customer. Thank you guys and keep up the good tasting food.
