Staff are hidden in the back behind an oddly placed wall. Staff will not see/notice you at the register without waving them or calling out to them. They are not very friendly either once they do. They seem to prefer not to have face to face contact with customers. They much rather have you use those kiosks, drive thru, or door dash. The code to the bathroom has so many digits in it I witness staff either punch it in themselves or write it down on paper for customers. No free refills on the drinks they took the machine out along with the all condiments too. There is a kids playroom that is glassed off from the main dining area but makes impossible to here your order # when it is finally called.
The most recent remodel prevents the staff from seeing when customers are at the register so it takes anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes just to get someone's attention to take your order. There is pretty much zero customer focus

Probably the best for-here service you can expected here. The bathroom is clean and so is the whole restaurant. Not sure about the kids area but it also seems very clean than average McDonald.
