Well this use to be my fave place, called about ordering and applying my rewards for a discount, the girl that answer said she didn't know how and the other person was to busy to help. I get it I also do customer service work, but there's a certain way to treat customers. So the cook Gee called me back! I ended up getting my rewards and ordering from the app, went in to pick up and Gee came out to apologize and gave me a free order or bread sticks, he was super nice. He said a couple people called out, I appreciate his efforts thou. I was having an off day too, say this made my night! & I got my Pizza with a 49% off since the 49ers won

Ate here for the first time last night, very good pizza and they don't skimp on toppings. Had a minor issue but the manager/owner made it right which is always a good sign.

Great place to take the kids to, lots of games while you eat and watch the Game.
Stuck in Eureka due to a blown transmission so we decided to order from Mike's and overall happy we did. The 2 pizzas we ordered were just fabulous. They definitely don't skip out on toppings!! We also ordered 3 desserts..the little churros were great, the chocolate cookie was good(tho way over priced, imo) and the cinnamon knots( had potential but they were overcooked and were hard as rocks and threw them away). Will definitely eat there again if ever here again!

My husband and I are visiting from AZ wanted to give Mountain Mike's a try. It's been a very long time since we had such amazing pepperoni pizza! Generous amount of pepperoni and crispy too! We also ordered bite size churros as well. Best pizza and yummy churros!! We wish you have a location in Chandler Arizona, this would be our go to place for pizza ?

I made a mistake when ordering, but the crew at 6pm on Monday the 16th were extremely kind and helpful. For a franchise/chain they are doing a great job in hiring, staff culture, and hospitality.

I will start with the service. The cashier/cook was very friendly and offered to make a pizza per our request for the lunch buffet. We asked for a combo without the fresh tomatoes. It was $14 and some change per person. This includes drink and salad bar. The pizza: it was alright, wasn't great or the worst I ever had. Though the combo pizza they made per our request wasn't cooked all the way and was raw dough taste, just awful. The salad bar had a nice variety except there weren't any tomatoes? Was nice to see they had bacon bits and croutons though. The salad stuff all seemed to be fresh and was tasty. I wouldn't come back again because the pizza doesn't seem to be made consistently. The pepperoni was overcooked, combo undercooked, the cheese was good though. And they did give generous toppings. But the crust has to be made better.
Great pizza and nice place to meet a lg group for dinner. Beer and wine also available.
