Amazing happy hour drink and food specials! One of the best clam chowders in the county and the pork belly appetizer was off the rails delicious!!! Super friendly and attentive staff, always a great choice for bar and food combination. 5
Dinner at 511/Pearl Lounge was impressive. We ate in the lounge, the atmosphere was great. Dated ...but hip, very clean and very well maintained. Stylized from the late 90's or early 2000's suits the place well.We started with the scallop special which was perfectly prepared and dressed. The subtle, clean flavors of the sauce celebrated the scallop flavors.I chose the bone in pork chop for my main. I visit family in Eureka a couple of times a year, and have discovered my new go-to place for dinner. The cool retro vibe seems to span the present with what eateries of decades past must have felt like. Excellent bar, very friendly staff, and perfectly prepared meals?
