I go to this place for the first time, I ask for an 8th of good indoor. The vender than shows me a couple of strains (all the same brand) I pick a purple that smelled good. I open it when I get home and it's pretty much brown. That's because it's from Oct 2023. I am so pissed off I will never go back 55$ for an 8th of old weed. The reason people get indoor is because it's usually FRESH not 6 months old. The fact you recommended it knowing full well it was old is terrible practice you definitely lost a customer because of it

Went in Sunday which is "Sun grown Sunday" at their location and bought this bud which clearly states "Sun grown love from Potter Valley, CA" and they told me that this was indoor and could not in fact be counted as the deal. They don't know the difference between indoor or outdoor by looking at it let alone reading the package. I would not waste my time or money at this dispo plenty of dispos near by have the same stuff for a better price and better hospitality. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

Hands down the largest selection on the north coast. They have so much stuff it’s ridiculous. If they don’t have it you can request it. Great knowledgeable staff. Did I mention they price match. They also offer a wide variety of daily specials and promotions all the time. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.
I'm delighted with my experience at Proper Wellness Center. The people there are fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The products are of excellent quality, and I love everything about my shopping experience. I'm a devoted customer!

Super irritated… I called earlier in the day to see if they had dime pens in Maui wowie in stock and they said yes they had three and would put them on hold for me so I went and got money and went to my main dispensary (Humboldt County Collective) across town to get a receipt for a price match and then drove across town again to Proper Wellness only to be told that they don’t actually have them in stock. Wish they had actually checked when the promised to put them on hold.

I have been going here regularly for the past five years but probably won’t be going back. I made a mistake purchasing a Stiizy product without being clear about what I was getting. It was my lunch so was in a bit of a hurry and may have said the wrong item but I also wasn’t impressed by the bud tender who couldn’t find the product I really wanted that’s when I tried to pivot and got screwed. They need to have clearer signs stating that once a product leaves the store no matter what, under any circumstances there are no returns, period. Laws are laws etc. but I have been to other dispensaries that will replace an item or give you credit for a defective product but Proper Wellness will not do it no matter the case.
