We have been wanting to try this place since it came Eureka and I was really disappointed in the service. I don't typically write reviews based off of a one-time experience but this justifies it. The cashier was a very nice taller blonde lady that took my order for one clam chowder with a bread bowl, To-Go, since we have a far drive home and do not want our food to be soggy. She re-read the order back perfectly, reiterating that it was a to-go order. Five minutes later a girl with blonde hair in a pony tail, black t-shirt, and army cargo pants came out with our order as a "for here" order where the soup was already in the bread bowl. I kindly told her that we had ordered the food as to-go and she took the food back to fix it. After that, however, she proceeded to make comments and jokes about the whole ordeal with her coworkers. She was saying things like "so sad, so sad" in regards to our order after she had admitted to being the one to messing it up as a for-here order. She then came out with the soup, walked passed us, and loudly offered our food to the family next to us stating that she messed it up and that we didn't want it. Usually when people do mess up food they offer the food to the original orderer and not another group next to us. She then went to the back and proceeded to laugh with her coworkers about the whole ordeal and admit she was not working on fixing our order by saying "for Sarah? Nope I haven't done anything for that" as coworkers were actively leaving and making lunches for themselves for their breaks instead of remaking the food. It was completely embarrassing to have that happen to us considering we were the only other people there besides the family next to us she gave the food away to. Again, I hope my food is good and nothing has happened to it, we are very nice people and wouldn't be writing this unless we thought it was completely unprofessional for that to happen.

The turkey sandwich with pesto on whole wheat bread was really delicious, and quite fulfilling. The best part is it's under$10.00

The food was exactly what I wanted. I got a chicken salad sandwich! The woman that checked me out told me it was her favorite - I really appreciated her suggestion! It was really good on their sourdough bread. Very flavorful and not dry at all. Also was very filling/hearty.I have not tried the breadbowl or soup yet but will next time.I also got a Caesar salad but it was just okay.I recommend getting something WITH the sourdough bread if it’s your first time since that’s the best part imo! Enjoy!!

I went on line to their website to order for delivery. The order went through fine. I was told it would be delivered at a particular time. When that time came. We called and they said it was sitting on the counter waiting for pickup. Our sandwiches were ordered hot. 30 minutes later. Our sandwich is still had not been delivered and we called again just for them to tell us that they were still sitting there on the counter and that they don't do delivery. But they charged me $7 for a delivery charge. We told him we would pick up the sandwiches. Asked for a refund for the delivery charge which they gave. However, having to wait over an hour for an order that should have been delivered within a particular amount of time should have refunded the full thing for good customer service. I've been in the food industry for over 25 years and I would never treat my customers this way if something happened like this. The sandwich is had dead lettuce on him. They did not look like the pictures on the website and I was extremely disappointed with sourdough companies service. I don't know if I will try it again. The atmosphere was a little dirty.

We were so excited to find this place because we love their bread. It was one of the best meals we had then entire trip- the area doesn't seem to be known for their food, but these sandwiches did not disappoint. They do offer sizes that are different from most other sandwich shops; my son got the 8 inch and I got the 6 inch. He had turkey with provolone and I had the turkey with dry salami, their house spread and veggies. We both had them toasted and they were flavorful and fresh. My son got a cup of the potato soup and he really liked it, and my daughter liked the clam chowder and Mac and cheese. The service was good- they were friendly and took our order quickly but didn't offer up suggestions for us or the older couple in front of us (both of us being there for the first time). The food came out (to-go) about 10 minutes after ordering. The one down side was we got some canned cokes to take back to our hotel and he laid them all down in a small plastic bag and one of them must have been leaking or open and it made a giant puddle in the bag. The restaurant itself is really nice and clean on the inside and they have plenty of indoor (no outdoor) seating. We really enjoyed it and if we were ever in the area again, we would go back.

Once you taste this bread and everything you will be blessed by the gods. Its so good. Staff is SO nice and extremely enthusiastic. Everything is clearly labeled (including where you order don't listen to queen of cups) and one day they even gave me 2 baguettes for FREE! They even have non-bread options for gluten free folks. I go here everytime i get a chance to its amazing.Vegetarian options: They actually have few non-vegetarian optionsParking: The parking is right infront of the restraunt and is rarely fullKid-friendliness: All the staff is completely kind to children.

I went here the other day, the customer service was great. I got served by Christopher and Ella, greeted me with smiles and great service. Lately I haven't got great customer service so being served by them was very refreshing.

This was the first time that I have ever visited one of these shops and they were not busy when I was there. I immediately went to where I thought was the beginning of the line just to find out that you're supposed to order at the other side where the worker was casually standing behind the register. Lol. I told him that it was my first time here and asked what some of the most common items were that people order only for him to give me a sassy attitude back. And then he must not have heard me because I was being charged for things I did not order, and when I told the worker, he said, "No worries, I won't put it on your sandwich." And he was still trying to charge me extra for what I didn't want! And you can only imagine how the customer service was after that...not good.

Just visited this place for the first time with my husband and the food was pretty good. We got the French dip, the flavor was savory and the bread was perfect. The staff were very friendly and personable. Anytime we eat out, if the staff is friendly and shows they care about customer service, then that alone makes it worth a return visit. Would definitely recommend this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed by southwestern chicken salad. My companion had brisket sandwich and creamy tomatoe soup and enjoyed theirs as well. Enjoyed listening to the soft rock 70s music as well. Staff provided a great attitude and were friendly. Very clean.

I went with my kids they had there own money the guy at the register was very rude to my son I told him he has his own money would be paying himself he looks him up and down and says the question is can he even afford it . Yes he can afford it lol. The sandwich was okay way to expensive $18 with a tip for just a 8 in sandwich your better off eating at subway. The other workers were nice.

I love coming into this restaurant!! The ambience is so warm and calm and their service is more than expected in this generation. It’s so fun in there and they’re constantly making sure that you’re happy and comfortable. I love coming in here when Chris is working, he always makes an impression on his customers by being incredibly welcoming and accommodating! My favorite here is the tomato soup in a bread bowl. Their fall pumpkin bisque is delicious too! Their sourdough baguettes are perfect for on the way snacking too.
