So much sauce it's all I could taste and about 1oz. of chicken. That's a $14 sub I won't return for. I wonder if they eat their own or maybe just drink sauce straight.

I go here a lot and get the same Thai tea with Boba. For some reason I got one that just didn’t taste good. When I went back to get it remade they wanted to charge me for a new one. Not good customer service.

Good not great.Very little meat, way too many shredded carrots, and the meat was unseasoned relying solely on the mediocre sauce added to the sub.

I only go there for the boba teas. They are worth it during a hot summer day.

Drive thru only asian submarine sandwich and boba drink stand. Pillars of the community with giveaways to thank customers from time to time. You have to be ready with your order at time of pull-up as they have a short runway from the street to their window. They will rush you for a reason, safety, so just keep in mind it is not personal. Their fully loaded subs are perfect lunch fair. Boba drinks include teas and smoothies. And the rice bowls are great too. Just remember, they are closed Sunday.

My daughter's favorite place to go for a sandwich! Fresh, delicious food with the kindest owners/staff in the business.

Ordered a pork sub, bbq beef rice bowl, and a milk boba for $35, a bit expensive. The boba didn’t have enough milk product so it was not as creamy as I like. The sauce on the sub was unlike any Vietnamese sandwich I have ever had. It was not bad tasting but it wasn’t an authentic flavor, more of a curry.

I love their pork belly sub! I try to get one everytime I'm in town. That bread. Mmmm drooling! Good prices and great service. Check out their menu

Best Bobas in town!!! Hands down. The greatest people also run this place. Always so nice and friendly. BUSTIN'!!!

The drive thru can take a while but that means they are making food as ordered. Very fresh. Liked the BBQ pulled pork round bun sandwich better than the pork belly (had to take off way too many marinated carrots). First time having a boba smoothie, it was absolutely delicious, especially the popping bobas. We'll be back to explore menu items for sure!

I was misled by Yelpers here. They do not serve banh mi's. The owner let us know he doesn't serve banh mi. He said because of the small space he couldn't toast the bread. I think the subs are called Asian because of the pickled vegetables. I didn't like the bbq sauce that came with our sandwich. Also he forgot to give us utensils for the tofu bowl drive through order, but luckily I had one in the car. Tofu bowl was ok - reminded me of the rice bowls I order at Jack in the Box during road trips when Asian food is hard to find. You get plain hot rice, plain steamed veggies, and firm tofu, which is bland until you add the sauce since it's not a stir fry.
